Not a good thing to say "It will manifest in one day" unless you are talking about emotions. Then you can say "It will manifest in one second!" But if you are talking about physical manifestation, then it would be better to say: " I allow it to manifest. It is on its way." That will create grace instead of resistance and anxiety.

This is great information but we cannot just instantly forget about our past and move on like nothing happened. We need to heal from them and process our grief and pain and to find ways to manage it. Also some of us don’t realize that our past and how we were treated shapes our relationships today and we need to revisit the past to help us for the here and now. I learned from visiting my past through therapy that I did not learn from anyone or my parents how to talk through problems effectively and apologize and forgive. It would not be good if I just say ok I’ll forget about my past and move on. Then the same patterns will repeat because I did not learn from my past and discover how I could process it and make changes for the better.
Yeah. We never have to forget about our past. What we cant do is, bring that pain into our future, inflicting it on ourselves and others. In fact, remembering it is good because from it, we have the ability to know and prosper what we want and what we dont. You sound well rounded and for that will always continue to grow. ❤❤❤❤
