Mufti Menk! May Allah bless you for everything you’re doing, you’re guiding people around the world Muslims and non Muslims that I personally know. The first time I heard about was in the lecture about « jewels from the holy Coran » and it has really motivated to learn English and now I can listen to all your lectures without asking anyone to translate for me.
I know I’ll be very difficult for this message to reach you but may be you or another brother can come across it and help.
About two years ago, I underwent a surgery and the school where I was studying helped me to pay for it (about $1600) and three later the pain started again I called the surgeon and I explained everything to him he said he knows the problem but he asked for a bigger amount of money (about $2400) without really caring about the pain I was feeling, although the mistake during the surgery is from him. The school didn’t appreciate that and they didn’t have money to help again. Since that time I’ve been moving from left to right from hospital to hospital they couldn’t do more advanced exams because my financial situation is not good and my parents don’t have good jobs. Since that time I’ve been taking painkillers and the pain has made me weaker but I don’t lose hope and I asking Allah to help me.
The doctors keep giving many suggestion it could this... or I could be that... but I have to look at it closely to make sure but, the only problem is money to have a good and serious treatment. So I have been suffering like this since almost two years and I can’t even walk correctly without holding my stomach.
So dear Brothers if you know some organization, someone who can assist or can give a better idea, advice that could help me in this situation it’ll be nice because it’s not easy for me. If you want I can share with you all my previous results and scans since that time because I cannot be taking painkillers forever and the pain is getting higher over time.
If you check very well in some comments of Mufti Menk lectures some time back, I asked to make Dua for my health situation.

We are all going through some sort of difficulty. Remember the way you react is a test. Stay patient, be grateful, trust Allah, and ask for his help. Allah says in the Quran:
O you who have believed, seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.

remember Me, I will remember you, and be thankful to Me, and do not be ungrateful to Me.

I can't find an answer to this question ---) If a man didn't commited Zina but a woman whom he is interested commited (i.e. his wife in the future inshallah) Zina in the past. She "repented" and she "regretted" this big mistake and "stopped" doing this. Is the marriage islamic valid, i.e. can they marry islamic (Nikah) in the future?

Her past is a past, she has to admit her sin, repent and promise never to do it again, from what I listened to the Nikah is valid, many people have a past, we are human and make mistakes
