Lifeguards want additional manpower at beach facility in Vessigny

They're trained to respond quickly and effectively when an emergency occurs in sea waters.
But at the Vessigny beach in South Trinidad, lifeguards say despite their training, they cannot properly respond to emergencies because of a shortage of manpower and equipment.
Radhica De Silva took a trek on the beach to speak to the lifeguards as they prepare for this weekend's expected hazardous sea conditions.
