Conductor here. Idk if trains are ran differently on Chaos but generally speaking just check party finder for parties and if there isn't a party, just make your own 'The Hunt' party 😉

Beat msq and then do the two quest unlocks for them
Tuliyollal, look for lv100 blue quest then at solution nine once again look for the lv100 blue quest
