You totally inspired me to make a holiday in the woods retreat compound type thing. I bought the biggest empty plot and started with a central pool, an office building with water cooler and coffee corner and have one cabin up so far. Am planning on more cabins, a restaurant and possibly a rec room. Also, I feel ya with the color blindness. My husband of 25 yrs is colorblind...he had to 'learn' to ask for help, so to speak. Yesterday he helped me make a seafood salad....he was cooking the mussles and shrimp.......He asked me how long they'd have to cook and I went 'just tell me when the shrimp are pink!'....He gave me that 'Oh really!' look and goes 'You are asking the colorblind guy to tell you when the shrimp are pink!!!!!!!!! I can't even begin to imagine what colors you guys actually see but I do know that he sees green as brown. That must 'suck' when looking at nature :( Where we see vibrant colors you guys don't :( :( :( I feel horribly bad about that. Oh by the way, I have been meaning to tell you - on Steam, when you have House Flipper or Farm Flipper highlighted on the left, on the right side are different tabs. One of them is Workshop. There you can find a boatload of things other players have created for us to use. All you have to do is 'subscribe' to the items. When you're done using them, you can 'get rid' of them again and get new ones. Or just keep all of them - as you wish.
the retreat compound sounds amazing! im glad this build has been able to inspire that, it means alot! as for the workshop i did not know this game had that function, ive had a quick browse and subscribed to a few so thank you for this! i will be using these in every build going forward haha, what type of coulourblind is he? i am protanopia which is red and green! dependant on what type of colour blind he has you can buy some glasses they are designed by a brand called encrhoma, it might be worth checking them out! they do actually work i have a pair but i dont use them as much as i should! thank you again for your lovely comment!
Seen as though we are on the Farm DLC, what about a proper old Mcdonalds Farm, animals, plants the works!!! 🐮🐶🐷🐑
