That go-cart little man built is awesome!! So cool to see capable and driven kids learning such valuable skills at young ages. I'm 37 now and grew up on a ranch in Colorado. We made things, broke things, fixed things, modified things... we became independent and capable people. Ive lived on the east coast for 15 years now and it blows me away to see how incapable people are in highly populated, developed areas like city suburbs. Everything is done for you and you'd better be able to pay for it... people think having money makes them capable... but I've learned that they are the first to panic when shit gets real. You can't eat money... watching this channel and MORR channel have really reminded me how lucky I was to be raised by such hard working parents, and in such a rugged and beautiful place, where you had to learn to do, or you'll die. I really wanted to applaud you all for how you're teaching your kids, keeping them involved and really giving them the freedom to try. That is the best thing a parent can do in my opinion.

You are absolutely right about City people not knowing anything. They can't change a tire or there oil. If we ever have ww3 they will all die from Starvation if the survived the blast. Since UA-cam can out some are learning how to fix things but kids are useless now a days 😂

The boy's go-kart is quite the project! One little bit that might help... either cut the kid's legs about 6" shorter or stretch the frame. 😁 He's got a good start there.

I’m one of those guys, so I envy and admire Paul’s skill at doing things so simply and seemingly off the cuff. I also admire that he shows and owns his mistakes while not being afraid to try something at huge risk of a mistake. It’s that fear of making costly mistakes that hinders me and leads to my complicating what sometimes ought not to be.
He’s got guts and brains and imagination. All good qualities in a fabricator.

I built a go cart from square tube metal when I was a kid, my dad made the steering for me. We started off just coasting it down hills. Your videos make me want to build stuff.
