I enjoyed shopping with Abe books until a recent purchase never received was labeled as delivered. It was a simple crochet farm animals book an inexpensive item easily purchased elsewhere. I'm uncertain if Abe books was deceived by the seller but it has certainly made the decision to remove Abe from my go to list of book purchases.
I"m confused about your transaction fees. If you sell a book for $4.24, what about be all the fees? Do you take the commision out of the total revenue including the sales tax you charge to the buyer? Does the 5.5 transaction fee also get charged to the sales tax? Do sellers keep the collected sales tax or does abebooks subtract that from your payout? Do you also take 8 percent off the sales tax and is included in the total comission that must be 50 cents or higher?

Actually if you read the comments this company should have a class action in court against them for theft alone

Beware, they can't ship new book without it being damaged. Wouldn't you spend any money with these guys and trying to reach or return Google luck
