Best tutorial I've seen!! Every year I go to print Christmas labels and I search for the instructional video or instructions to do it and every year I struggle. Not this year!! I have saved this video and will refer to it time and time again! Also loved the little tidbits nobody else has ever passed along like changing the cell margins and spacing between lines. Bravo!
You just saved me blood, sweat, and oh, so many tears. Bless you.❤
This is exactly what I needed. When I last searched for this information, the demonstration used the wizard and that did not work for me. I needed the full process. Thanks again!

Question--why did only 30 insert into the 1 page of labels? I actually have 37 addresses in the document?
Because the labels are only 30 per page
nsweet video thank you
Can this method of creating labels be used with different size labels, such as with Avery label 5366 or 5262? Your video was very clear and easy to follow. Thank you

Since you are so knowledgeable in both Excel AND Avery, I have an Excel Sheet where, through an AD-on (QR4Office), I have generated QR Codes specific to each Excel Line. Would the Mail Merge function permit the associated QR Code to be merged into each label as well? I see in your example the 6 Fields of Text that you have merged sequentially to each label on the the left side of the labels. Can a generated QR Code be imported and placed on the rights side say through a designated framed box or other placement technique? Great videos by the way!!
Do you have a video on what to do before the step of word. Do you just save the excel file and then do the mail merge or are there steps to do before.
Hi Chester, awesome tutorial! When I printed most pages were full but some came out half printed or with just a few addresses on, why did this happen?
Good tutorial but I can only see the first page in the xcel file even when I change the print areas. What am I doing wrong.
If one adds a column for print qty, is it possible to map the functionality to print more then one label per row of data based on the cell value in that colum for that row? 🤞
Good tutorial but I cannot find my label product number. Is it possible to update the product number list in word?
Thank you! Why did only 1/4 of my addresses transfer over from Excel to only fill one Word page worth?
@ChesterTugwell... or any. Can you give me tips of why the moment I export the Excel list into Word it only shows me 1 (ONE) page with names on the labels layout? I have more than 1000 names to print but it only shows the first 30.!!!!!! Please help me. What am I doing wrong???
what about if there are fields in the Excel you want to not print as blanks in the label?
Is there a way to include the title on the label too? Like, Name: Chester Tugwell, Address: XYZ ???
My Avery 5160 labels are 4 columns across. When I print, the left column is "squished" How do I correct this?
I get right up to Preview Results and draw a blank page. Any ideas?
What if I want to print the same address several times on each page?
Create the appropriate number of copies in excel by duplicating the row.
I have one questions. I followed your list and created a list in Excel for my 90 clients for chrstimas. I followed everythign but word created 32 pages of duplicates and just big mix up instead of 3 pages that were needed (30 per page) please help. What am i doing wrong?
May i know the purpose of this email lables in word
ini my Laptop doesn't appear like that, please tell me Why?
This only created the first page which contains 30 labels. I have to print 334 addresses. Where are the rest of the labels?
No fuss. Other videos were nearly 20 minutes long and I thought, it can't be that hard. It isn't.
Thank you !!!!!
