I am buying my machine tomorrow and I am not going to lie I am a little scared about it but if I don't try how would I ever know. Hoping to make amazing designs and some decent profit my end goal is to be my own boss and never have to work a 9-5 for anyone else ever again lets go 2024 goals! Your vid was great, thanks!
Thank you for the video. I paid for my BAI this morning. Love watching any videos to help me learn how to use the machine. Yours was thorough and very good.
Love those colours. I think you're both very sensible in buying the Bai because like you've said previously, they are half the price of some others you were looking at. If you need another one, specifically for hats - it's more affordable to have 2 Bai's - rather than just 1 more expensive machine. It'd be great if someone would sponsor you with a machine! Thanks for sharing x
Man we a second so bad already. It's funny. We would love for a sponsor machine, but also we enjoy owning our stuff outright and being able to give 100 percent honest feed back
@@Red.E.Hustle Aw, I'm sure you'll get another one very soon. I can see how owning your own is beneficial. It's an investment and you know it won't be taken away from you x
@@Sooz3112 it's such a good value, we will have 2 in no time I know it! I'm just going to keep focusing on the craft and switching back to flats for neita 😂

I may have or may not have put one in backwards. Not admitting to anything. 😂 Someone recently told me size 90 will not work because you have to adjust timing. Have you heard of this?
Good morning A little help, what is the maximum size that a cap logo can be for a BAI mirror embroidery machine? I had a 65mm logo made and the top edge or part of the needle is deformed. I would appreciate your help.
do you change the part on top of the bobbin? like the flat piece that gores on top go bobbin thread, I saw in the cap video for BAI the they change that piece but want sure which one was which
Just curious, why did you spray it with water? I've not ventured out doing a hat yet, still trying to get my logo's down to perfection. There is really a major learning curve to these industrial machines vs the domestic machines.
Help please. I recently used the Ricoma 1501. It’s currently down. So we’ve purchased the BAi Mirrir to embroider caps (that’s our business). However, we cannot get parameters setup. The factory settings sends the design to the side. We’ve watched videos, consulted the user’s manual, the works. But it’s still not working properly. Would you, could you help, PLEASE???
How are you turning the hoop from left to right? Mine stays still. Is there something I need to press in order for it to turn? I would appreciate your input. Thank you!
Have you tried the Hooptech Gen2 hat hoops on this machine? I am planning to get a Vision 1501 and really wondering if this machine will be worth buying for me if I plan to do mainly hats
@@Red.E.Hustle I turned off all of the lights including the light bar on the machine. Ran a trace and couldn't see any res light shooting anywhere. Just might not be working? Thanks for the reply!
Man, help me out here. I have done Decky hats, Richardson 112s, Yupoongs. I've tried everything and I'm just busting needles left and right. I can't even finish a hat. Any suggestions man? I could use the help..
the stitching on your hat is a little bit spread out, is it done like that on purpose? Can the BAi 1501 do more solid stitching to where it kinda overlaps?

That doesn't have an automatic threader. With an automatic threader you don't have to put thread through the needle the machine does it for you. I say that cause my Brother does its super easy and a I don't touch the needle. I've been looking at this machine due to being 15 needles and I have a few 10 needles.
Why does everyone play music, it's really annoying? I would like to hear how loud the machine is compared to my Barudans. I'm looking at buying their 6 head and I really am trying to get some honest feedback. Do you still like your BAI?
Your videos are really helpful. I have the bai too and following your suggestions. Do you have any videos on how to adjust parameters to bring design a little lower. I know you can’t just push arrow buttons like on flats. If there’s one can you pinpoint it for me and if not would you consider making one. You are so clear and understandable. Thank you!!

Use a straight pin into the eye of the needle to help hold it in all the way and correctly.
I love it! Thank you for the suggestion. Way better than those big ol needle nose 👃
Does come with software ? Or you got your own Embroidery software ?

What speed were you able to run at?
Great video
Hey bro. Is there a chance you can help me with my machine. Please. 🙏. I haven’t been able to start using it.
Thanks for the video... I have a machine coming and im trying to get my knowledge base up. Q: What speed were you running at?
I run at 800, but when a hat is giving me problems I drop to 600 or so.
Great job
How did you get your laser light to work
Mine just turns on when I move the design or when I trace. But I had to aim it while it move to get it right.

Where did you buy your hooping station?

@@Red.E.Hustle ya I've done that.. What kind of needles do you use?
Did you use stabilizer? Just curious.
No I didn't

What does the water do?
Helps soften the structure, I use a lil mini steamer now
use 75/11 needle for hats. no need to wet the hat. have files fir hats to start at the bottom center up. need any help just reach out
I no longer use the 90, but have kept the 80 around. I have been steaming the difficult hats. What kind of machine do you use?

how big can the cap design be?
I wouldn't go bigger than 2.25 inches tall
What is the price of machine in us$
Is the hat wet?
how come you dont use the needle insertion tool?
I dont have one lol
but i got good lol
Can anyone tell me why the water?
to make the hat surface a little softer for the machine, sometimes that type of fabric is stiff
Do you sell the hat for $40 after all that work?
Oh ya
Yup don’t undervalue your work
