This Beef Lo Mein recipe is my go to dish when I want something easy and satisfying, and with just a few ingredients this will be ready in just minutes, and it's better than take out.

Ingredients
3/4 1b beef or 12 oz ( Ribeye, Flank, Beef Chuck)
(or any cut of your choice)
8 oz Noodles ( Chow Mein Noodles, Egg Noodles) (any pasta noodles)
Beef Marinade
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp dark soy sauce
Lo Mein Sauce
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 small onion
3 twigs green onion
1 tbsp mince garlic & ginger
1 tbsp shredded carrot
