- The Marvels is Brie Larsons latest MCU movie from Disney Marvel. Disney has had a string of movies that didn't perform up to expectations, can Captain Marvel, Monica Rambeau and Ms Marvel turn that around? Now even Variety has seen that Disney is under pressure, forcing new marketing based around Cat live Streams on Marvel entertainment. But can a The Marvels Cat Cafe bring people back to watch Brie Larsons return? Is The Marvels worth watching?

The Marvels gave an unexpected reason for a video that for once didn't come from a Brie Larson Interview. When I saw the MCU was getting marketed via Cat Cafe Live streams, how could I not make a video for that! The new Disney Marvel is a wonder to behold that knows it's audience only by what the staff want themselves, and they love cats! We had everything from cat dancing, laser shows, weird Funko Pop harrassment and cat ASMR. The 8 hour live stream came at the same time Variety decided it was ok to criticise Disney Marvel, but NEVER comment about the individuals to blame. How this industry will fix itself without actually individuals taking responsibility for their own creations, I don't know. But maybe eventually the media might catch up. What do you think? Let me know your thoughts down below and as always thanks for watching :)
They ruined the Fury character when they had a cat scratch his eye out. A cat.
It'll be a total CATastrophe! 😅
Hey Disparu, how is nobody talking about Karey Burke?
The industry will _NEVER_ fix itself, because its financial incentive to do wokeness is far greater than the leverage its customers have with their ability to not buy their products.
In short, the financial world has been taken over by wokies who enforce their ideology by making woke messaging a fundamental requirement for getting short-term loans, by means of the dreaded ESG score. Short-term loans are absolutely essential to the running of basically all business in the modern economy, so every company has to abide by the financial world's rules to survive or they'd die due to financial asphyxiation. Even if you replaced all the soyjacks at Disney with good child-bearing conservatives, they would have to play by exactly the same rules and would have to spout exactly the same NPC dialogue.
If Marvel produces bad product, it will lose customers and start declining, with death being maybe a decade away.
If Marvel tells the wokies to go to hell, it will lose loans and die in the space of a week due to lack of loan money.
Marvel has only two theoretical chances to avoid death: wait until the soyjacks get kicked out of the financial world and woke ideology is dropped as a condition for getting loans, or embrace the soyjacks' program of soyifing the global culture through mass indoctrination and pray that the next generation of 100% soyified customers will like the woke product that's being produced.
Love that you brought in your laundry discussion with Lady G! Was a very long live stream, but worth finishing it for that hilarity 😂
Man, at this point, the people who review _The Marvels_ are going to make more money than the actual film itself.
Agreed. It's getting boring now
Mate… WE WILL ALL make more money than the film. -$300Mil is alot less than $0.
It's brilliant entertainment tbh.
I need more
At this point those reviewing the movie will be the majority of ticket buyers.
That "Wrinkle in Time" quote always pisses me off. That was my favorite book as a kid. I read it many, many times. I wrote Madeleine L'Engel back when I was in school. You know that old school assignment, "write your favorite author" which we all had to do back then . . . I still have her reply in the original envelope. I'm very qualified to tell Brie what didn't work about that godawful re-imagining. It's worth noting that the movie wasn't excreted from the bowels of Disney until after L'Engle had died. Typical pillaging of an IP by a greedy estate.
Madeleine L'Engle also replied to a school assignment letter I sent. She must have been really devoted to her readers.
Ah, so it was the same thing done to Middle Earth and Wheel Of Time recently. The IP creator or protector dies and a few years later the woke entertainment corpos take a dump on it with their new version "for a modern audience". Cultural/historical destruction and replacement is obviously their main goal.
@@susansquibb5216 That's incredibly sweet
Brie is a typical libwit.
50 year olds who grew up reading the book, are EXACTLY the people she should listen to when they say it was screwed up.
@@susansquibb5216My favourite fantasy author, Michael Moorcock wrote back to me as a teenager. Still a fan after all these years.
I'm still trying to process the fact that a film made by one of the biggest cinema juggernauts in living memory, which was at one point trying to claim it had Infinity War-level energy, is using cats as a promotion. I don't think even a parody would think of that.
it’s genius, they have crap for sale and they do want people to buy it but don’t want to actually pay for advertising because they’re running out of money. Cats are cheap.
@@thedealmama3070 Cats do not have workers unions:)
@@RG-iw7py Given how the primary purpose of Unions is, much like charities, to enrich the people in charge of them (whilst simultaneously making the lives of those they supposedly help worse), the cats seem to be both better off and smarter than us.
I'm still trying to get over the fact that they used a shopping channel format for it.
Funko is drowning in debt they're basically making worthless products that won't sell
What I find really sad and stupid is that the MCU is in fact following the comics, not the classic beloved stories but the failed ones just because they have all the "current political messages" baked in, they looked at decades of comic books and went straight for the ones that fans hated and went "yup, our fans will love that!"
They had a royal straight flush in their starting hand and mulligan into a couple of 2s, a six, a jack and a beer coaster...
Maybe that was deliberate? Trying to keep the eejits’ hands off some of Marvel comics prime story arcs? Unfortunately, Secret Invasion wasn’t kept secret enough.
@@clogs4956 Nah, I think Marvel leadership changed their goals at some point. I think they eventually decided they wanted to tell stories based on certain principle ideas, then looked around to find stories that did that. Stories people didn't like perhaps, but still.
I vote that the next movie featuring Captain Marvel is a Rogue movie where Danvers ends up in a coma. Perfect chance to introduce some actual struggle into the character and an easy way for Marvel to soft reboot her personality or even recast her if they feel like they need another actor to help the character be more popular.
To Be fair the X-men were not available due to licensing issues. Thankfully that means they couldn't F up Storm, Jean Grey, Rogue, Shadowcat, Mirage, Karma, Wolvesbane, and so many others in the X-man franchise.
Marvel comics have often used politics in their stories. What the hell are you talking about? Also they need to optimize the stories to fit current affairs because that's who the general audience will identify with. Most people did not actually read the comics. When was the last time you read a captain marvel comic? That character herself was not a high selling comic so they can and should make all the needed changes. Secondly these videos are trashing the movie and its supposed financial loss before the movie is even out. How does that make any sense? You need at least 3 weeks of a movie being released to assess its financial success or loss. @kngt_ldr9853

The sad thing is that working at Disney would be a dream job for many people and they would be really good at it. They just aren’t focused on storytelling and character building. They are focused on everything but that.
I’d say Max Miller made the best break from his Disney job at the right time!
They sure as hell aren't focused on making money.
As much as an activist the director is, I don't blame her for leaving while the movie was in post-prod. It was probably too big a hit on her self-esteem to stay when they made it clear she had no role.

The terrifying thing is that the cat livestream was seriously pitched by someone at Marvel Studios marketing, that this was taken seroiusly and greenlit by Feige and his management team. Hell, the empty-head who pitched it probably got a *bonus and a promotion* ! These people have no clue what they're doing and are throwing sphagetti at the wall at this point.
How upside down is it that the sinking of this thing is infinitely more entertaining than the thing itself? I love it
It's actually insane how desperate Disney are to inject their toxic ideology into everything they touch.
Perhaps for them, they've been held back for far too long. They really want to go much further.

As a 3d artist I am appalled they blame artists, but this is also in architecture bad designs are blamed on visualizers this is why we redesign many projects and sometimes Architects win awards for something we made and we do not get a mention.
What he said -
As someone who has to redesign what the architects draw to something buildable, I'm sorry you have to work with architects.
I am a Peruvian architect but strongly doubt about your statement: only blueprints, 2D technical drawings, are used to build, those are the legal documents, the 3D views are not subject to litigation because they are only there to show a reference to the customers so an architect blaming the visualizer is just legally impossible. And even if visualizations were used as building documents (which they are not, builders require specifications with measurements, not 3D views except as reference or companion for some complicated shape) the architect is still the responsible of the design.
Is true that many architects fall into the trap of not designing with a vision in mind but letting the software rule the design with what the software is programmed to do, instead of using it to represent faster a design from their minds; it shows in the obvious additions and subtractions of volumes, if you think that is "good design" it means you really don't know that one thing is 3D visualization, and other the reality of what is built. Architecture is about creating spaces for human beings in which they can develop determined functions, only if the architectural space fulfills its function or intended use in a humane and comfortable way then you can call it good design. I understand, stretching the imagination because I doubt you have experience building, that if you change the visual aspect and maybe correct proportions (which is not that different from a traditional office in the past in which an architect running an office gave to a junior architect a hand drawn esquisse that has to be correctly drawn) you can have credits as contributor; but to think that by doing that is automatically "good design" only because it is in 3D is not how architecture works, I don't care if they get awards, as awards are mostly given between friends anyway. I don't use 3D because honestly it just distracts from the design, it seldom looks how it will be seen the real building to the eyes, I use it more like an aid to the design rather than thinking in it as the design.
It's easy to blame people since there is a huge stigma on ALL work done via computers. Particularly Visual effects. It's actually Disney's fault because they are not allowing them TIME to make it look good. And all the time they are given its all tantamount to slave labor. They think it's all the computers doing the work forgetting the human input.
Marvel actually did a cat stream to promote a movie 😂😂😂
The caressing of the Nick Fury funko was... a choice.
From the clips I've seen, looks like the cats put in a good solid performance. I was totally invested in them as cats. Believable, aloof, totally disinterested in whatever random crap the token human was doing. And I bet they only got paid kibbles too.
I am keeping an eye on the pre-sold tickets in my local cinema for Marvels for Fri and Sat of the opening weekend, and most of the show times (this includes 2D, 3D, IMAX, IMAX 3D, etc) have single digit number of seats sold.. There are a couple which have about 20 tickets sold... This is not looking good for them :)
The Godzilla movies are going to blow them out of the water with no problem.
My wife - "we need to book Marvels Tickets, you know how quickly they sell out" - Me - Checks prime seating next saturday - almost empty. So... dilemma is do i say "no... we're good" or "Damn, sorry it's already sold out. Guess we'll have to give this one a miss."
I just checked the Dolby Cinema screening at 7:10PM next Saturday at the local AMC theater. Not a single ticket presold.

I didn't even know this was a thing you could do, but it is!
I tried it for my local theater. Friday's 8:30pm showing is currently booked solid at my nearest theater: 11 seats pre-sold out of 150 total. HAHAHAHA!
I'm not bored enough to look up Saturday's numbers, though.
It's not just Hollywood that's failing. Went to a Top-25 school, at the time. We, students, would pack out 3-full movie theaters, for our end-of-semester movies, at a large movie theater chain. We had a whole wing of the theater, just because of the amount of people. At the end, the bar next door would be packed for hours: multiple bartenders slinging drinks, nuts-2-butts, everyone shoulder to shoulder, they would stop selling drinks and allow us to stay because there were just so many people. We were respectful, but it was like a Black Friday for that bar, they got slammed every year while I was there, shit tons of money.
Then the school turned woke, teachers were being let go, and other teachers started commenting on students during class. Next, I left, I simply had enough and blocked every single one of them on social media.
3 years later, the school sent an email out that the Dean was leaving. I saw his first day, so I wanted to pay my respects and go to the end-of-semester movies.
They didn't even fill 1 theater, half the seats were empty, the hallways were empty, the same teachers still there looked like grizzled war veterans, barely any clapping or celebration, and the Dean had like 10-15 people send in videos that were shown-most were from the same teachers still working there. I won't comment on the quality of the movies because they're still students, but I'm sure you can guess the content of the movies. The same bar barely had 60 people, with empty tables scattered throughout. It was a sad, dilapidated event all around. Plus, the school isn't even in the Top 25 anymore. Guess what? No one took/takes responsibility.
I'm 55. I remember the 80's, 90's, the first decade of 2k. For 30 years, film studios generally TRIED to make GOOD movies. Sure, there were some lame movies, some preachy movies, political movies... But until the last decade or so, Ive NEVER seen this dedicated, stubborn, absolute COMMITMENT to such a constant, unending stream of GARBAGE. How are the studio execs still employed? I can't believe that suddenly, absolutely no one can write a decent script: I CAN believe that no one will hire those who can.
This isnt for adults. This is Social engineering geared towards kids growing up. They will know Nothing but what they have seen, unlike you who remembers a different time before. to them, the hunting of Christians, Conservatives, Jews and constant "preaching the message" will be normal.
This will change the entire culture of the West - this is what cultural suicide looks like.
Don't blame the graphics, look how old Xena and Young Hercules even Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the story is so good it still worth watching now.
Absolutely.
The problem isn't there is too much superhero content, the problem there is too much WOKE superhero content.
You mean woke villain. They do not do heroes any longer. Because they prefer self inserts.
You mean woke villain. They do not do heroes any longer. Because they prefer self inserts. They do not teach virtues where the authors come from.
It seems to me that once they start re-writing storyline, it becomes a circle jerk thereafter.
They absolutely get to determine who their audience is. They can make their product so bad that NOBODY is their audience.
They're hoping to create a new audience. These movies are meant to impact very young minds. The fruits of this degeneration are meant to manifest later down the line. It's a balancing act between keeping things viable, and going all out. This stuff is really only a token of what they'd like to dump on society.
And as long as the "Big Three"(Black Rock,Vanguard and State Street)keep feeding them those "interest free" loans they'll continue to churn out crap, because it's not about the money:it's about "THE MESSAGE."
How can you asses a movie before its even out? Did you watch it yet? If not then your talking out your ass.
Exactly! Different movies are going To have different target audiences. The Avengers if very general, Guardians are for the nostalgia and sci fi fans ect and so on. Plus all these people are talking about how bad a movie is before they have even watched it. The movie isn't even out yet on a nation wide level and all these people are trashing it when they didn't actually see the damn movie. Plus even if the movie is bad, not every movie is going to be a no. 1 hit. That doesn't make any sense and wouldn't really be possible. People are using their own biases to prejudge a movie that they haven't actually watched.@@artstation707
I'll dare to doubt they managed to increase the coherence of the plot whatsoever, but aside from that, the director missing can only make things better. With the "talent" marvel hires these days, the less people work on a project, the higher the chances the failure won't be catastrophic.
As someone who appreciates cats in all their forms, I am highly offended that cats are now forever aligned in the public's mind with failed movies. Obviously the cats in the film were on strike. Perhaps they had seen the movie's trailers and felt a sit in was their only legal recourse against being coerced into being dupes of the Marvel film industry. I hope they have union protection of some sort.
To be fair that terrible version of Cats: The Musical probably got more exposure than this sad display ever did.

If they require that much input from Kevin, then they aren't making a movie. They are making a product, a framework for him to fill in with the reshoots (which they all inevitably do) and still screw it up.
If they hired real people, with a brain, Kevin would stick his head in and go "Let me screw this up"

The 1998 Wesley Snipes movie had a budget of $45 million. "But that was 1998-" Yeah, with inflation, that still only comes to $85 million in 2023.
The bigger problem may be that Marvel has all but divested itself of people who can do practical FX in pursuit of a luxuriant and costly CG process that allows dragging their heels on revising scripts and stories. Which still reek.
Everyone fears Hollywood will use AI to start writing scripts, but I'd argue the real thing to fear with AI is that Hollywood might start using it to search for people writing new and interesting stories.
They are afraid because they know AI can easily write better than they do
I’m pretty sure that Hollywood has been using AI to write scripts for the last decade.
The only reason they'd want to find people writing new and interesting stories would be to then send henchmen to destroy them and the scripts to prevent any competition from rising.
You're probably right, but I came across an interesting article regarding KDP starting a beta program to use synthetic audio narration and in it, they said only 4% of books published through KDP have an audiobook. Audiobooks are a form of content I regularly consume and yet just through Amazon alone, there are a plethora of stories I will never come across because it isn't in my preferred format. The same could be said for light novels in Japan and Korea that might not get picked up to be made into manga or anime. There's a sea of content, and not all of it good mind you, that we won't experience because it isn't in the right format and it hasn't gotten a push into the mainstream. Finding those diamonds lost in the information oceans of the internet is what I hope AI will one day bring us.

A woman born in China was interviewed this week & she said what she witnessed during its ruthless Cultural Revolution is occurring in the US/West.
Not quite. They want to destroy patriarchal culture. Most things since they went Reimagine tomorrow they want to be seen by billions for hundreds of years and it is mostly there they fall short. They take away movies from streaming platforms but many, like me, have lots of movies at home so we won't even need to resort to memorize stories as in Fahrenheit 451.
Cultural vandalism at it's best.
She-Hulk was a missed opportunity. If the writers had made it a Legal Drama, it would have done MUCH better... well, if they had writers that could handle that. Why they hired writers that knew nothing about the court room is beyond me.

When a company puts out insulting garbage to its customers and abuses them, it can reflect badly on future products even if they are a better quality. For one they may not trust that they are better and even if they know they are, people will avoid them because they don't want to give those people a dime of their money. These race and sex swapping and all the child grooming is serious business because they are trying to indoctrinate your children while pretending to be entertainment.
News flash, these movies still sell incredibly well. You are also forgetting, most people didn't read the comics and the general audience whom these movies are actually made for are being exposed to these characters for the first time. They dont need to worry about the die hards, because ultimately they are not the majority. So your rant is redundant. Dude even Ironman was not a highly sold comic, hell most of the characters were not selling in the stores until the MCU. Thats literally what saved the company because people stopped reading comics in the first place. Yes they swapped a few races, who cares? Most people didn't even know that because they never read the books.
Your indoctrination rant is stupid. They are literally adapting to the times, plain and simple. If you don't like that, that's fine. Don't watch it. No ones forcing you to see these movies.

4:20 Any real men on the production team would say "I refuse to take credit for this woman's work and cut me out of the credits".
I gave up on modern "entertainment" a few years ago. Not only have I missed nothing, including Endgame, I have become much more productive in my daily life. Now I just watch channels like yours to keep up with the cat ladies and idiots writing movies and shows.
Same here:) From Disparu I learn what I didn't miss. And he is hilarious!! Saved me tons of time. I love his voice, delivery, content.
I'm showing my daughter Evil Dead 2 tonight. Gotta experience the classics.
I started watching movies from the 50s to 1990s.. Sometimes you have to step back to move forward
Lets agree we all have the ideal of like "Ok the movies now are crap Imma go and watch the old movies" we watch em and ponder then agree that the writers of this years are shit and the old days are gold
you can watch Marvel until Endgame + No Way Home and that's it.
What I find funny is that she agreed to a curtain amount for the movie, so she is getting paid for all the time she's wearing the dress.
Very good point there at the end about the danger of promoting unqualified people in positions of leadership. you get more of what got them there.
I wheeze laughed at the Nick Fury joke. Thanks Disparu!
Even if audiences are often willing to overlook subpar visuals for a solid story, the fact that the VFX are bad isn't the fault of the VFX artists; the director and producer are to blame, since the buck stops with them.
They totally ignored the audience screaming for them to STOP, for them to return to recognisable superheroes, for them to actually make something people wanted to watch.
But NO! They chose to accuse, label and dismiss those that were still invested, until NO-ONE was...
At the rate Disney is going. Mickey Mouse will become just another public domain cartoon before they know it.
The Marvels is out in cinemas, meanwhile I'm sitting at home watching the Lord of the Rings trilogy for the upteenth time. It's still so much better than anything currently available in the cinemas that it's not even close... Hollywood, you keep producing movies, I'll keep watching your old movies back when they were actually good.
People refusing to see the movie.
Brie: "Is this like.. A personal attack or something?"
You make a very good point about these cork sniffing weirdos. Art is 100% value based. As a musician i love to perform my own songs - BUT, i have criteria around which fit the energy of the set and intersperse them with highly recognisable songs that i cover in my own arrangements.
It’s not because. I LOVE playing billie jean for the 1000th time.
It’s because when i perform it for the audience people go quiet at certain parts, or sing along in the chorus.
It’s entertainment and audience connection first. I work hard to make sure people are SUPER engaged with my performance.
Which sometimes results in free drinks when they come up after 🙃
If i only played the songs i liked, with the things that mean something to me… i’s become the background music.
This will be a gold mine for Nerdrotic, Az, Ryan, Shad, Critical Drinker, You, and all the Fellowship pod casters. Disney, the gift that keeps on giving. Great video Disparu as always.
Obviously I’ve not seen the movie, nor will I. But when I first saw the trailer I was surprised not to see a man as the main antagonist (Although I have no doubt the men in it will all be pathetic dweebs). Then I had a thought. I bet by the end of the movie, the Darr-Benn character will end up helping the Marvels against a male foe, or will survive having been turned to the good side! 🙄🤣
The cat live stream was something cartoon network would do
Nah I imagine seeing something like that on Adult Swim. 😂
@@zombifiedpariah7392 I think that's what I meant lol. It's quirky
@@keithmichael112 But who watches that for hours on end? Adult Swim would only show it for like a few seconds because it would get old pretty quickly. I mean, it's literally just cats.
@@zombifiedpariah7392And Adult Swim would make it funny.
So damn weird when celebrities and entertainers publicly dis the largest consumer demographic. How anyone gets hired after doing that is a mystery to me.
that, and the fact of what she said was Racist and Misandry.
Because that same demographic still buys the tickets and the games and the what not, then complains on UA-cam and thinks they’re changing something.
Money talks. Until enough nerds stop responding to abuse with dollar loyalty, the industries have no reason to change a thing.
Looking at the pattern of pre-sold tickets for the whole opening weekend (at least around here) what I see is that there IS a fairly small audience for this movie, that audience will see the movie on the opening DAY, and then the attendance will just fall off the cliff... That's my prediction :)
It is hilarious to see a seating map of a large IMAX auditorium with ONE sold seat, right in the middle :)
I checked my local AMC theater for Thurs-Sun for various prime times and formats and noticed the same thing. Many screenings have only 1-7 people and there are several that are completely EMPTY. This opening is going to be downright ugly.
If reshooting is so stressfull and undesired, why not come together as actors and demand they do it right the first time?
I thought it had all hit rock bottom. Then the live stream cat cafe actually crashed through rock bottom and kept going directly into the centre of the seventh circle of hell
On the plus side for the studios, they don't need to worry about bootlegged films.
That promo 8 hour livestream is an extended bad SNL skit and that says a lot.
Its not always the script that is the problem its the amusing part that "Reimagined" has made its way into logical good movies as we know its rare to find something after 2015 thats good because of the management chaning the scripts. Its more about conditioning your customers to just say this is how it is this crap is just what we have.
I can bet you that if someone were to make a student film version of “The Marvels” and use rag dolls for action scenes, it be not only much better written but all around better then what Disney/Marvel have put out in years
Look, they're not calling us racist or sexist. Take the win😂
..yet
Give it time just wait until it after flops and they wont admit they were wrong
Anyone worried about "standing on the right side of history." Knows they're doing evil.
"This building that was built entirely with rotten wood is only falling down because they had to rush to choose the paint color!" Variety is stupid on a level that is truly staggering.
More cat livestreams, please. Amazing watching the cats sleep and prance around. And bonus! much more entertaining than anything disney has produced in the past several years.
The worst thing has happened to. the MCU: apathy. People are so tired of the same song and dance with Disney and now people just don't care and while it's possible to win some people back, the majority are just gone now and they only have themselves to blame.
I looked up the article, and it looks like there's newer articles saying that Nia DaCosta didn't leave during post production, and that she was "very much involved" in post production.
Looks like damage control
They could have asked some modern women to attend the cat party because most of them will need cats to keep them company as they age. Call it Modern Woman Cat Party because the Passport Bros left the building.
Those poor kitties didn’t ask to be part of this.
The upcoming ECHO series has me looking forward to watching Disparu and his review of it (along with other UA-cam reviews).
Since the series drops on one day, I wonder if he’ll do a marathon video going through every show in the series in one video!
The overly inflated egos have to deflate eventually... or at least you'd think they would even as they are currrently burying themselves alive and asking for help with said burying.
Oh god, picking on this movie has finally started to feel like punching down. Ever since South Park made the Panderverse it feels like we've turned a corner and Disney genuinely is acting like they're in crisis.
There are sometimes it's okay to punch down.
Disney is one of those times.
I just wonder, do they ever actually convert the script into one of those shot by shoot story boards with crude audio. Great way to find flaws.
“Smell that?”
“Is that… cat piss?”
“No, it’s fear. But also cat piss.”
*Deep inhale*
Spitting truth. Hope Hollywood is watching and listening.
"The Big Mac is a treasure, and you are a sad and terrible person if you dislike shoving one down your gullet. Eat the burger, you bigot!"
-Woke Ronald McDonald, probably
I just went to mcdonalds this week for the first time in 10 years because i was on the go and needed to eat. the bun and the burger were dry asf, the lettuce was old and it tasted like cardboard. at least i only paid 2 euro for it. not going back for another 10 years if i can help it.
The old stars whilst crazed ego maniacs were savvy enough to shut up, look glamorous, be witty as directed by agents and sell the movie. But they also respected the fans.
Is it sad if I actually want a superhero movie featuring only actual cats reprising the roles?
No!! I too would love that! 😂😂
1:36 WHY THEY KEEP TOUCHING THE BOX LIKE THAT?!!! I HAVE SEEM HENTAI THAT'S MORE NORMAL THAN THIS!
This awful timeline was secretly the best timeline as we get to see the crash and burn of it all
Watching this promotional video, makes me think they must be serving magic mushrooms in their coffee break room.
You know what's crazy Brie Larson appeared on Craig Ferguson's talk show years and years ago and she seemed like a genuinely nice person. It's sad to see what the mind rot of Hollywood has done to her.
Those are usually arranged by PR with pre-screened questions and answers. A lot easier to do than coming up with a response yourself.
Hmmm... sounds like she fooled you one time and it stuck.
They made her this way telling her she was replacing RDJ as the face of Marvel.
@@ohnosmoarlulcatz usually I'd agree with you especially the more anodyne late night shows. But that's not really how Craig ran his show. He didn't care for the promotion of whatever the guest was selling. He'd give them like 25-30 seconds towards the end, but for the most part it was just him riffing with the guest about anything he found amusing or interesting.
@@UsserError I mean not really I just found that watching her on a talk show over a decade ago to who she's morphed into now jarring and commented about it.
They're not hiring these terrible writers/directors/show runners. They are instead casting them. There's a big difference.
Rewatching some of the old stuff, you can tell that the new blood doesn't have ambition to learn the ropes
All that was building up to the avengers saga was a learning curve. There are entries that were pretty bad, even for what they were in it to accomplish. What made the avengers great is that each cog was gearing toward something. And you can feel the growth between characters as it went toward their last stand
Which is why it surprised me to see Johanasson complain about the tone. She was eating good off these franchises only too look so out of touch with her own role
You don't want these products to fail, but again, you can't use what you don't know you have. With this new wave, everything has been given to them, what's left to earn? People like Brie, its just too much pressure so they go insane trying to downplay the affect. Let it mold you, damn
Thanks a million for less swearing. And of course spot on content:) You make the truth shine
As a cat lover I feel personally attacked lol
Top Gun Maverick was delayed for two years. It still was the second highest grossing movies of 2022...Because unlike Avatar 2, it wasn't released in China.
Disney is running out of excuses.
Brie Larsen has 2 positive attributes she isn't sharing enough with the world.
Tits are a dime a dozen bro. Don’t drool over an average pair that’s attached to such a repulsive hag.
You really do some of the best videos. I love how you break it right down and rip the shit out of them whilst remaining polite and actually helpful (as if they would listen!) - it's incredibly British of you.
