I am trying so hard to simplify my home like yours! It's such a challenge because we are also preppers, so we often say "we don't need it now, but we might later". Attempting to find a happy balance!
I agree ! What I have found to do ( and still working on ) is to set the excess aside in another room or storage area. My everyday things that I use daily are in my kitchen or bedroom and the " extra " is set in another place. Sometimes it takes creativity to find another spot but it helps with the overall flow of the day❤
@@libertyandjustus8258 I love this! I try to do this with some aspects of my life but it would be helpful to take it further. Our home itself doesn't have great space for storage but we have a large garage and shop where more can be stored. I will work on this! 💞

Our family also deals with food allergies and I feel the struggle! I have found that there are some convenience foods I can cook ahead and freeze like waffles (think eggos, but healthy and homemade) and sausage patties which make for a quick and easy breakfast that’s still homemade. It’s not for every day, but on busy days, it makes such a difference!
