    Nice switch to a slower pace which, giving us time to concentrate on those nuances you’ve incorporated and to get them in to our muscle memories.
    Seems a perfect way of including them to me - thank you.

    Hey just some feedback on your videos: i find these with the split view very distracting. Front mirrored or back view work great but both together messes with me.
    Really love doing these workouts though! So glad I found y'all.
