I love this song so much! It's my favorite song, I remind myself of this song everyday. I gave my life to Jesus in 2009 and have been at my lowest lately and He always shows me His love and let's me know that He is there, even when I think He won't be. 💖
It hard singing this song in jail for something you didn't do but I gave it to him I was released charges dropped thank you Jesus

Why are they looking at the soloist when not singing? To God be the glory, not the soloist!
+Doug Smalley I did not attend the college these ladies are from, so I cannot say for certain why they do this- I can only speculate. However, I can say for certain that they are not trying to give glory to the singers. I can guarantee they want all the glory to God for their singing and they would tell you that if you asked them. I know what their school stands for and they would want all the glory belonging to Jesus. :)
The piano player is actually a member of my church and also gives glory to the Lord for any talent and opportunity, God has blessed her with :) I can say with confidence I don't believe it bothered her at all at times that the soloist was recorded while not singing. It probably didn't matter to either of them, as they weren't singing to be recorded and the recording was rather an extra layer of worship through outreach -but not the focus for those doing the music. I can sometimes critique things this same way as you are but I have found it is best to remember that God always knows the intentions of the heart of others and in this instance we can be sure he knew the situation here with the person in charge of recording...Since we have "not arrived" ourselves it is probably best to leave to the Lord to deal with the hearts of others and to give them the benefit of the doubt; seeking to pray for our brothers & sisters and encourage(Phil 4:6-9) and to stay busy for the Lord ourselves (1 Thess. 4:9-11).
