Manzoor got the knack of using the chopsticks pretty quickly.
👍
Mr. Mustafa has really opened up and he has such an engaging smile. Blessing to all of them.
I imagine it was the good trip he had recently.
@@Bradimus1 On reflection I think you're probably right.
I love his laugh/smile. It reminds me of my Norwegian grandmother's smile.

To your chef: please ignore the critical comments about needing broth. While it is true Udon is often served with broth as a soup, pan fried udon is not uncommon as a street food. Soba is another delicious noodle that goes pan fried.
I like that they enjoyed this dish! Pan fried noodles are the best! Looks delicious!
yakisoba is delicious and more popular in japan
Yakiudon is definitely an acceptable and delicious way to serve it. And even if it were strange, Japanese people aren't robots - there are many people who enjoy foods and everything else in unconventional ways, just as elsewhere. For every Japanese person who strictly adheres to culinary tradition with every dish there's someone else who puts mayonnaise on it. Nothing wrong with that.
I dig how they all got cups of their own faces. This channel has really grown, lots of fans. May everyone be well.
Unfortunately, some of those faces are gone, so new must be made.....
@@Lassisvulgaris you mean dead?
@@glkglkglkglk9193 No, but removed from the progrfam, like the VIP lady....
I’m impressed Mama picked up using the chopsticks like a pro!
I would love to see Greek food at some point- a fresh Greek salad, mousaka, pastichio, dolmades, etc! That would be neat :)
I love the fact that they even tried the chop sticks. It takes practice. I learned by watching tv when I was young Good for them. Using a fork is easier.
Or just use fingers, as they are used to. Why push western culture upon them...?
Yay, Manzoor. He just dug into that bowl of Udon noodles.
Please show them Japanese tea ceremony. The real thing is hours long but I’ve seen versions that are short. Everything is honored from the host to the guest to the wooden ladle.
I think it'd be better if they try matcha itself. They really love their teas.
And its so peaceful and relaxing that I think Mr Mustafa would really enjoy it!
@@MylkT1023 I agree. IMHO better to see the reference before being served matcha.

I like Gemai-cha popcorn tea
Im not surprised Manzoor knows chopsticks so well!🍜😊
Kimonos are usually in the ¥150,000-250,000 range (US$1,100-1,830 at current exchange rates). $100 (roughly ¥13,600) would be absurdly cheap for a purchase, although a little expensive for a one-day rental.
Depends on the type, and whether it's new or used. A super formal one will be super expensive obviously, but the more casual styles are a lot cheaper, especially if you buy a used one
Facts! I have wanted another silk kimono for years but it's too expensive to get one plus delivery to the US. It's an expensive outfit to me
Being Pakistani.. I don't know about this channel ..just discovered your channel recently... Your vedios are great... Seeing all these elder people reacting to different food from the world is amazing... My grandparents would surely have same reaction if they try these dishes...
just let them use forks lol
I love that song that they played on their smart phone. What a fun song. 🎶
I love all of our friends and learning new things with them.
There is a type of ramen called tori paitan which is a halal alternative to the pork broth tonkotsu that is popular in japan. I wish you would show them this. You can use spicy miso flavor since i know they love spicy foods
Also, takoyaki is delicious and i don't think they have tried it yet. it is fried octopus dough balls
It's now illegal in one country to not eat octopus as it's found that they are self conscious and are self aware intelligent creatures and know they are being abused and even killed. They are found to be very smart. Please follow this and reconsider eating them. Let them live.
@@twilacarson2308That applies to every animal out there but this is the rule of nature we are talking about, can't stop us
Happy to See Manzoor and Mehboob having a good conversation, please upload games walkthrought Videos on Tribal people play we didn't saw videos on that channel two months ago
Tie the two chopsticks together with a rubber band at the top end. They can use this as tongs. It's what my did when we were kids and we went for chinese food.

I am indicating your post is important. Some people put “this” as an indicator. 😊
I love each and every one they are delightful and genuine
I think these people are fantastic! I like broth in my soup, but I actually prefer Udon and Wanton with less broth. Just a personal preference. Looked really good to me!
I am curious would the cast like to react to videos of food, culture and homes in Japan or from other countries? I think that would be a lovely video series to watch!
Oh I don’t know where to begin!!! Radha, no we are only barely surviving- not flourishing without roti! Mehboob now uses his technology and Siri! 😂 Manzoor only eats! 😂 and Ismail!!! He needs a fork, I understand!!! 😅😅😂❤😊
My favorie Japanese song--Sukiyaki by the late Kyu Sakamoto.
as someone who has moved to japan to live and work here, i like this haha. japan is pretty awesome. ありがとうございます
Call it noodles...noodles is made of wheat flour...Noodles are common in Korea, CHina and Japan..
In our country Philippines noodles are also common...
A bowl full of snakes 😂😂😂😂
"a bowl of snakes, and meat and leaves and stuff" lol
I love how they are using rhe chopsticks!
try some Thai Tea. Sweet, creamy, iced, refreshing...
Good Lawd, at least teach them how to use chopsticks.
I’d like to see how they react to Japan’s other main export. Visual media. May I suggest My Neighbor Totoro?
We love you guys, but simple request to do video with the broth and give them forks.
Why can't they just use their fingers, as they are used to...?
😂🎉🙏so Topi also means hat in Pakistani language. How cute🌺
Show them how to lay the chopsticks end to end on a paper towel and roll them up in it. That is how I learned.
Lol I would have given them a fork do they can eat it. Of course, it took me a while to learn to eat with chopsticks too.
4:39 so I was hoping someone could explain. Putting your hand on a woman’s head is like a handshake or is it something only woman do to other woman as a greeting. I’m just trying to understand so if I meet a woman from her region should I put my hand on top her head in greeting?
China for Kalashvikov , Mustafa knew whats up
Amazing video
raj kapoor sing that by mohd rafi if not mistaken.
Udon is good. Hi Mama 👋
notice mustafa's noodles are lighter. did he reject the sauce the others have?
Manzoor spoke English and the captions were still wrong 🙄
You guys need to learn to use chopsticks properly! They are held at the top, not the bottom. It is like the beak of a bird picking food.
give them a fork
They should try something new
@@i-jehanabro3825nah it pain in the ass
Why was Mama's not red like the rest?
Perhaps there was some kind of seasoning that he was allergic to so they left it out? Or maybe he has a sensitive stomach due to health issues so strong seasoning is left out.
@@SkitSkat674 True!
us pakistanis will never know how to properly use chopsticks
Don't worry about it. I've actively tried to learn to use chopsticks and still can't.
I must have broken too many fingers over the years to get my fingers to manipulate chopsticks.
I've taught myself how to use them. It's not that hard. You just have to convince yourself that you can do it and keep on trying. Watching a couple of UA-cam video's might help also.
This is the song that was referenced in the beginning! m.ua-cam.com/video/5wjGc1zGWBc/v-deo.html
Like... long roti
klashinkov was russian invention
Sure, but most are produced by China....
You are supposed to put the bowl up to your mouth and essentially shovel the food with the chopsticks in your mouth; Koreans use spoons
Old bloke with the white beard often mentions weapons. However this time he's wrong
What country is this
If you require people to use chopsticks, please do show them how to use them!
Brother that is yakisoba
1:08 😏
"Hina is famous for it's Kalaschnikow...." Es everything else... "Copied by China"
He was wrong tho, Kalishnikov are from Russia not China
@@joemachine4714 You do understand that I said Kalashnikov was copied by China?
@Anton Chigurh
Please give them forks too, so they can eat more easily.
It would have been nice to learn about the dos and don'ts when using chopsticks. They all put the chopsticks in the meal like a knife. This a a no go in Japan. It means someone will die in their family.. Its worse than bringing potted plants to a hospital.
Instead of chopsticks which they have little idea how to use, serve this dish with a fork. At least they could have gotten a good taste of the Udon Noodles! Instead, they spend a lot of time "playing with their food"...ha ha
☺☺
Udon is eaten with broth, not dry.
The poor cook did what they can with what they are given.
yes you are correct but actually, there is a type of stir fry udon in thick sauce which is Chinese. What they are having seems to be closer to that. It's not a bad dish if the cook knows what hes doing. Just not genuine Japanese Udon, that is.
it's cooked in a Chinese style
Its cooked like a Chinese udon noodle, which is an understandable mistake as in Pakistan there is a large Chinese expat community and this is probably the version the chef was familiar with
you could do yaki udon like yaki soba which is a pan fried udon dish. not how your typically eat it but its not always consumed as a noodle soup in Japan.
Where’s the broth? Key to any Japanese noodle dish is the broth! I’ve never seen udon served dry. And give them a spoon and a fork and teach them how to slurp noodles. You don’t take a little bite and then let it drop back in the bowl lol. Poor things. It’s almost like you’re trying to make a fool of them…?
This looks like yaki udon. Yaki udon has no broth, just sauce.
Noodles without broth are common here in Japan. Yakisoba, yakiudon etc. I'm sure there are Japanese who whip up a dish that looked just like what they ate in this video... and then put mayonnaise on it, to boot.
@@PeatingtuneFacts! Honto. Yonsei here, we still make soba by hand(well, my family, I don't have the talent or patience with buckwheat) 4 generations in the US. Love a gluten-free yakisoba.
Someday I want to visit Japan. My family is from too many places to see quickly though: Nagoya, Kobe, Kyoto, Osaka, Nagasaki, Hokkaido(not sure what village there). I must choose, for only 5 days vacation time a year:(
The only noodles I love is Ramen and yakisoba brand.
I don't care for Udon for some reason(s).
Pls let them try Naruto Ramen and tell them about Naruto, I wanna see their reaction 🥺
naruto is just the fish cake thats added to ramen dishes....there isnt a naruto ramen...
@@ando1135 I meant the Ramen which Naruto eats in the Anime (Miso char)
Time for a chopsticks lesson/video. Are you trying to make your honorable guests look stupid?
These are some of my least favorite people on tribal people trying food. Ask the question why are they wasting people's time coming on the show if they not going to try the food?
Why do you waste YOUR time, by watching a show you don't like...?
First I gotta see what the heck "Udon" is! Chopsticks? Come on give us a break! I think even the Japanese people are getting away from the primitive use of chopsticks! By the time they finally get done trying to eat all that it will be time for the next meal!🤣
Nope, they love to use chopsticks and will never do away with them. Once you get used to them they are actually quite handy and more and more westerners are starting to use them also.
@@telebubba5527 I sincerely doubt that but whatever. I'll stick to modern utensils.
Chopsticks require more practice than the utensils used in the West.
What makes chopsticks primitive? Your mindset and superiority complex over utensils is so off-putting.
@@user-et2ng1qb2m "Off-putting"? "superiority complex"? lol - oh you poor little thing! I've finally met a real Karen!
