Thanks for mentioning this expression to me the first time. It is true that we complicate what salvation is. I look back to what myself as an ordinary believer have said and wondered if I advocated good manners or salvation. This has troubled me for some time now but I had come to discover the text you read is straightforward regarding this theme.

"What Is The Roman Road To Salvation?"
Tiff, I just finished listening to your video. And as I have said before. You ARE a very kind person. Your execution is also good; and soothing to listen to your words. Normally I just read the title and answer the question on UA-cam. Or i might give my thoughts concerning the title.
I do this because: as a 90 yr old Born Again Christian man for 81 yrs; and heard "it" all my life; I no longer (and NO disrespect towards you brother in Jesus) want it again; So I simply do not care to listen to it; because I have heard it over and over for 81 yrs. Also, been teaching it for 70 yrs. But in this case I did listen to your great espousal on the subject. Please understand Tiff.
So the "Roman Road To Salvation" can be understood; by only 6 verses in Romans? Yes, I have to agree. But (and with NO disrespect) I believe that The Road to Salvation is also in ONE verse. In other words, IF a person could have ONLY one verse in the bible to be saved; that verse would have to be this one...
John 3:16 For God (who IS Jesus) so loved the world, that Jesus gave (of his self that is called) the "only begotten *Son", that whosoever believes in Jesus should not perish (in hell), but have everlasting life.
Now IF 2 verses were allowed. The second one, would have to be...
John 3:15 That whosoever believes in Jesus (NOT* just the son) should not perish (in hell), but have eternal life.
And that has to be "FINIS!"...For NO other verses would be necessary; to be saved forever. Praise Jesus.
And remember that the words "Everlasting and Eternal" are absolute. IE: They can never be "non" eternal and "non" everlasting. Proving** "OSAS" Praise Jesus. End of Story.
* Jesus was NOT only just the "Son" (a major satan-led thesis LIE; that has brainwashed billions of Christians to believe that LIE. Sad, but true!). Rather: Jesus WAS, IS and shall ALWAYS be the "Son", the "Father" and the "Holy Spirit" at the same time; from before "Creation to ETERNITY!". AMEN!
In other Words: Jesus is the ONLY true "God Almighty"' that will ever have been. Praise His Holy Name.
** "Once Saved Always Saved". Hallelujah and shout it to THE "Tallest Mountains" all over the world. AMEN!.

repent means to change your mind and agree with God that your a sinner. your only hope is to then believe the gospel, the good news. believe in the blood. and then trust in Jesus. "repentance of sins" "committing your life to Christ " "turning from sins" is works for salvation.
that is very subtle way of adding works while at the same time saying it's by grace through faith.
