Stunning look! I got nervous about whether the no-makeup look was gonna happen when you reached for the blush, but you pulled it off, haha! I thought the tint shade was really red when you first put it on, but it seemed like it calmed down as it started to set. It doesn't look too dark to me; it might be that you're used to the very highlighted face that you normally do.
I know that feeling you're talking about, feeling free when you do something for yourself and you come out of hiding. I felt similarly when I stopped shaving about 10 years ago. One day I asked myself, "Why am I doing this?" and all the reasons had to do with pleasing other people. So I quit, and I've never felt so feminine yet so empowered as I did after making that decision.
