Good day sir.ano po gagawin pag ayaw mag engage ang auto threaded?
Hi Leo, maraming dahilan ang pagmalfunction ng automatic feed at threading operation ng lathe machine. Una, hindi nakaengaged ang headstock spindle gear patungo sa gear train, o ang intermediate gears sa lead screw gear. O kaya naman ang mga gears sa quick change gear box. kapag lahat yon ay nakaengaged ngunit hindi maengage ang automatic feed lever or thread chasing lever sa carriage assembly ay nasa loob ng carriage ang problema. Maaring may kumalas na gear o pin sa loob ng carriage ng lathe at dapat itong ibaba upang makita at maayos. Thank you Leo for watching and subscribing. God Bless!
