I actually just now canceled my subscription. I had the Wonderous One Shot box and the first month was fine but my bonus was the frost giant. The issue with that being they didn't send me a base to use with it. My second box had no bonus item at all and was missing content needed for the campaign. My third box I haven't gotten just yet but I won't be getting a fourth for now. I canceled because I sent a support email over 2 weeks ago about my issues with my first and second boxes with no response. You also have to contact support to cancel your subscription unless you're using paypal. Thankfully I was so I got to cancel but wtf imagine getting charged over and over when you want to cancel because no one is answering the support emails. Why isn't there a button on the website to cancel? It's super predatory. Until my issues are resolved on my boxes and they add a cancel button to the site I won't be a subscriber anymore and I highly encourage others to look elsewhere for one shot content or if you really want this company's stuff just buy it on their market as a one and done purchase.
I actually had no idea about the market until like a week ago. I was surprised but glad, because this stuff shouldn't be locked behind a subscription as the only option imho
@@AshQuest Yeah most of their stuff you can just buy. I like the subscription tho just the quality control on my boxes wasn't great and the radio silence from support is alarming. If they get their crap together I'd hapily start back up again cuz you get some good stuff for the price. You know if they remember to send it lol

UPDATE: So my final box I got before canceling they did actually include the missing stuff I asked for in my email and they included the quality assurance card as well. They did this tho without ever replying to my emails for some reason? As of now I still don't feel good being subscribed. Still rubs me the wrong way that I was never replied to despite them reading my emails and also not being able to cancel your subscription through the website is still pretty scummy. Sucks cuz I do like what they offer it's a good deal but their CRM needs some work. Let us cancel without needing to send an email that may or may not get read.
@@blockman89 I know what you mean. They have a great product, but the company is run very poorly. This is a problem they have had since the very beginning.

The cloud golem, the dwarf steampunk like miniature is so cool. There is def some cool homebrew Quests ideas for those two in particular.

I was going to get this but its expensive. I hate skinny minis and really only want yhe minis and adventue. If the adventure was solo-able, i might be more interested
Even these books are useful man fluff ideas etc I do a similar thing for five parsecs I get my ideas from everywhere man
