If you think you're better go on and try getting even only over 10k quota on the current versions. It will be hell

The goal is hitting 20K quota which they've been trying to get for a while, on v56 where it is possible, before moving to new versions.

@@borbis6723 v60+ had a huge art nerf to Artifice (1700 average) making it practically impossible to get 20k quota which is a goal we are pushing for.
Artifice on v64 went from an item count of 30-37 to like 26-31. The goal is to get WR/over 20k and with the nerf its assumed to not be possible.
