Hi, I have booked a 3 bhk (1560 sqft) apartment in Eros Sampoornam 2 at Rs. 5k per sqft. Now the prices are atleast Rs. 7.5k per sqft. Is this a good option to keep this apartment or should I search for better option ? (I like the location of this property when compared to sec-1 as metro will be right in front of the property)
It is a good option location is also good as well as size …selling it now will cost you transfer charges as well and it’s not that wo won’t find some Better options but in current scenario that will cost you even more
Hi Bro, I am based in thane. And shifting to Noida. Want a gud residential property, 3bhk. Can you please help me with some suggestions for already developed area with hospital, grocery, malls near by. Will be working in sector 15 or 16. Thanks in advance😊
