Mike Pilavachi is the co-founder and leader of Soul Survivor. He also leads a church in North Watford. He has authored quite a few books including Walking with a Stranger: Discovering God and Storylines. Mike is known for his 'dramatic' humour in his sermons along with a depth of an understanding of God's Word.
I am thankful God is bringing these false teachers into the light. Our youth deserve elders with better discernment 🙏 These "teachers" that clearly just want to be the cool friend, and worse behind closed doors, instead of wise God fearing elders have caused way too much damage in the church already.

"Why do people seem to keep jerking..?" It is difficult to explain why they jerk and move. But it is in line with other experiences in the past. You must have heard of the Quakers who quaked when under the power of the Holy Spirit; early disciples in Acts 2 spoke in tongues; others fall down in tears... The manifestation of the Holy Spirit is varied and the His power somehow affects the core of your spirit, soul and body. You cannot make it up if it is genuine. I was blessed by this video. Glory to God!
The Holy Spirit definitely moved on me listening to this video, bringing up garbage from the past, telling me it needs to come up. I thank Mike for his ministry of the reality of being ministered to by the Holy Spirit and the simplicity of Jesus' gospel.
His testimony is so encouraging.

If you want to follow falsehood like Pilavachi does and did you will have me saying no pardon for them. Supernatural divorced from natural becomes unnatural..make noises like dogs pigs and lions. Sounds like Greek mythology.
The Arnotts are not filled with the Spirit..they are filled instead with falsehood deception and unholy teaching out of filthy minds. I cannot bear even the sight and sound of either of them.
If that's true about his dad's way of dealing with him, not talking to him for months, it's exactly what he purportedly replicated himself with anyone that got close with anything that he didn't like. He's been well taught by an expert (his father) in stonewalling.

10 years on and God in His grace is still using this video. I was going to stop watching after Mike finished speaking but that little voice inside told me to keep watching. It is a very beautiful and moving thing to watch the Holy Spirit administering and counselling His children in the quietness, gently moving through the room, meeting with people where they are at. Thank you for sharing this video. It has touched me this morning. Mike’s statement that ‘The best gospel anyone’s going to hear is your life’ is a keeper for me.
Jesus is not in closed rooms being addressed by religious imbeciles. Do you really place your trust in a man like this?
