Wow I read the comments and responses and apparently what is said could be phrased better in the interview process. But the comments (some) illustrate how it’s easier to tear down people than build them up. The world is a dark place. Especially without Jesus
Its so false to say "i am a leader"... every christian is called to be a leader and lead something in the Church or in their life. No such thing as followers vs leaders. This is the problem in church.

I suggest you give up the internet trolling and do something you have evidently never done before: Go into a quiet room, pray to him and ask him to wash you clean and have mercy on you. When you have trembled before him, you might have a very different attitude to condemning others. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. Remember that you will have to give an account to him for every word you have typed on here. Be warned.
