Math anxiety is something I have been struggling since I was like 8, and I'm only finding out its because my parents kept telling me I would fail at maths. Thank you for your great videos. Enjoyed the "you are safe" ones. Would you please kindly make an 8 hour overnight "you are" affirmations for "your loved ones are always safe" when you are able? I have intrusive constant negative thoughts about the safety of my loved ones and it's completely ruining my peace of mind and destroying my quality of life . Would you please make one with affirmations "You are" 8 hours overnight- with very specific affirmations over and over like "all your loved ones are always safe" and "only your positive thoughts always manifest" This would really mean a lot to me as negative thoughts make me almost feel suicidal and meditation doesn't do it for to just observe thoughts. I know you have many requests but I'm really desperate and would appreciate it. Haven't found one like it online. Thank you so much.

Also, "You Are" Affirmations which can be listened to as you sleep which enable you to feel safe and secure in life (ua-cam.com/video/azuBQ0feQss/v-deo.html). I recommend seeking a trained therapist who can support you in conjunction to listening to these tracks. Self love is your birthright. It IS your natural state of being.
