- Hello beautiful angels, this is my very first positive guided affirmations videos! I made these to increase self-love and even your external beauty. What you feel within is what is manifested outwardly. Owning and honoring your inner beauty will translate externally. How you speak about and view yourself is how others will perceive you. Once you love and appreciate your entire being just as it is, you will grow more beautiful! The more positively you speak of yourself, the more your confidence will expand and increase. You can do listen to these affirmations first thing in the morning, or as you're drifting off to sleep. Guided meditations and affirmations are set to relaxing music and spoken in a relaxing tone. Because of this, please do not listen to while driving or operating heavy machinery. I want you all to stay safe! Feel free to listen to while doing your skincare routine, looking at yourself in the mirror, or as you're making your bed in the morning! Love you all, let me know what you think!

I didn’t know how much I really needed to hear “I honour the beauty passed down to me from my ancestors”. I’m half Hispanic and I have certain features, like a bigger nose and a little bit of a thicker body type, that are not typically seen as beautiful in the mainly Caucasian place I live. It’s so relieving to recognize that white features (small nose, blue eyes, narrow bone structure, etc.) are not the only beautiful ones and that in my reflection are the faces of the many women in my blood before me. GUYSSS NO JOKE BUT HOLLY CRAP THIS IS PHENOMENAL. Okay, I wasn’t the happiest kid - I always had problems with my self esteem and I hate- that Ik I shouldn’t be so hard on myself but it’s like- you get it . I listened to this one night just for curiosity. And then in the morning, and then the next day. It’s been 1 week and oh my god. I owe the other factors of my life to how I can still smile today but self love... was always the first steps to take. Steps anyone and everyone can take. Personally, using this has changed my life. It changed how I looked at myself in the mirror. It changed my feelings around people. Honestly, incredible. I hope you all had a nice meditation listening to this and loved this as much as I do . Update on my use! I pretty much been listening almost everyday so far.. it’s gotten to where whenever an insecure thought comes to my head I can remeber a affirmations from here to get me back on track. It’s going to get easier & easier for me I feel it thank you again Isabel❤️

I gotta admit I cried like a baby listening to this. I’ve hit a rock bottom in my mental health, so I have a lot of not-so-great thoughts towards myself. It was so hard saying these words to myself but one day I’ll realize that they’re true 💕

Some people don't understand the key factors at play at a neuroplastic level when reprogramming. I tell my clients, it's not just about chanting words in your head. Emotion is what rewires our brain. It’s been like 2 months and I think this played a big role in the huge transition of my world. Everything is sm brighter, I’m happy now? I can’t rly think of anything that makes me sad caused by me or rly anything. I receive sm abundance, one after another. My self worth has increased sm, I look back at past thoughts or notes and it even shocks me how I’m able to think of them!

I feel like this is so powerful. I listened to this while I was around my eighth month of pregnancy and instead of feeling tired and exhausted I was literally getting energetic day by day and my mom and husband noticed it. He was staring at me and always complimented me on how I'm glowing. I felt at peace and connected with my higher self. Thanks for making this. @。。i stan too many groups just on youtube, and sometimes when i feel negative i just say some affirmations on my own, there's plenty of great affirmation videos on youtube so feel free to experiment and see what brings more fullfillment to you :)
。。i stan too many groups I use them in everyday life. When you wake up/ before you go to sleep/ while in the shower, I use them when I drive (no this one), etc. the more you listen to the affirmations the better.

Lately I've been feeling terrible about my body, and today it got so bad that I started looking for self-affirmation videos as a desperate way to get better. To be honest I didn't expect anything from it, but I was wrong. You helped me remember that despite all the traumas, I am a strong, caring and overall, fantastic human being. I will try to save some of that care for myself.
