Thank you for addressing this with wisdom, God is the answer. Dr. Evans doesn’t stop at sadness at the loss and injustice, but expounds upon how we must respond, encourages righteous action led by the church. I’ve tried so hard by speaking and acting, flooding our state and federal elected officials with letters, calls, waiting outside their offices until they finally let me in. But it continues. But I hope many will hear this; if you tell people of other cultures that we shouldn’t get involved, “we don’t need your help”, how can we change cultural injustice if “ALL don’t come to the table?” I don’t know how to respond anymore. I understand hurt and anger ‘spilling over’ and being directed at any white person near... but don’t condemn us all, don’t push those of us who are deeply saddened and also feel anger that injustice continues. No I, nor any person of another culture, different skin color, can ever fully understand what African Americans, Blacks, live every day. But please don’t push those of us away who take action, who pray that injustice will end. Let all who love the Lord and know that we must be led by the gospel, come to the table. Great word, Tony! There is no racial-, social-, economic-... injustice. There is only injustice. Under God's standard, we are to all abhor injustice in every form it takes. It is just as wrong to be partial to the poor as it is to defer to the great. When that happens, it undermines the entire foundation of society. God knew this when he commanded Israel in Leviticus 19:4 - “You shall do no injustice in court. You shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor."

Theoretically you are correct, but the practical church is neither financially nor "Holy enough!" to take on such a Huge responsibility. From my experience most churches "pretend to do it" but are simply too hypocritical. Have you ever taken in homeless into your own home? Have you ever tried to sleep while a homeless is in your home? Have you ever worried that the homeless might rape or kill your children while you are sleeping? I have. It takes a lot of courage and extremely strong faith in God's guidance in your life to actually do this! Then you find out that a great majority of the homeless are drug/ alcohol addicts, mentally ill, or runaways. It takes tremendous resources, patience, perseverance and strong belief in the verse from Ecclesiates 9:4 ("...a live dog is better than a dead lion, because there is Still Hope...). Therefore THANK GOD that He gave us Government to help the homeless, in other words WE The People force (demand) the government to to do it for us (unHoly believers). In the meantime support also the minority of Christian special "forces (military term)" like Pacific Garden Mission, and others to do it for you.
Yeah i hear your message. Half of cops who have pulled me over came across super stern or cold. Probably stressed out from life wearing uncomfortable uniforms. But still they look very strict but other half look super friendly. I guess we need to pray for wisdom when pulled over. We know what this will or might bring us trouble but God always sees every color through. Pink purple yellow brown. I think every race is beautiful. Black is beautiful!! Brown is beautiful. Life is very hard for every SKIN COLOR. ALL COLORS HAVE STRESS HEART ATTACKS STROKES DISEASE FEAR INSECURITIES. No one should ever think its just one race who is discriminated on but Satan (evil) or people who let satan use them sometimes unintentionallly can hurt any race or each other even meaning our very own individual race. The poverty (mind wise of every nationality) are really harassed the most by evil men. So yeah Tony is right we got to encourage one another for the time is short and Satan knows he has but a shirt time before Jesus returns why Corona etc came out plus election year. Can get really crazy. Psalm 139. Our job is lead people to Jesus to prayerfully get them to call on Jesus to acknowledge we cannot make it w o Him for daily baptism of Holy Spirit in our homes and our own hearts and for Father God to drive out every evil from our own thoughts and hearts for God to drive evil principalities and powers out of our cities and for us not to be deceived by Satans tricks and therefore dividing us up as brothers and sisters in the Lord. One of the things I’ve always loved about Pastor Tony is that, in the past, he hasn’t allowed politics to get into the pulpit. I’ve seen too many times over my life where this has happened in some churches and it always unnecessarily forces members to choose sides in a political issue. These situations can paint a Pastor in a corner: “Now that I have factual information, do I, A. Do I do the right thing and retract my statements to my congregation since it’s wrong to falsely accuse anyone and I have new, factual information now, or B. do I continue to push a narrative that I know deep down inside isn’t true, but I’m afraid of looking bad in front of my congregation?” The police murdered George Floyd. No one in America, of any race, disputes that this was, not only police brutality, but it was straight-up murder. These officers deserve to feel the brunt of the law at its full force. There was a proper investigation and they were charged with their crimes. Yet, there was no proof whatsoever that this was a racial killing. Zero. Also, there is nation-wide rioting going on. Why? Due process got the officers charged and there’s no evidence of this being racially motivated. You’re protesting when the system works? Again, Why? This was a golden opportunity where everyone of all races and backgrounds could come together for one cause. Yet, so many chose to make it divisively racial when it isn’t. Why? Let me list some studies done by governmental agencies and top universities over the last 10 years that prove that there is no systematic racism whatsoever in the police community or within the white community, as has been suggested for years. These stats are going to be hard for some to swallow. The facts go 100% counter to the narrative that we see in the media and among politicians: FBI Uniform Crime Report (2016): The number of black murder victims jumped 900% since the Black Lives Matter movement started in 2014. The overwhelming majority (93%) were killed by black criminals, not police or white people. The Washington Post’s Fatal Force Database - The number of black people killed by police dipped to 259 in 2015, 233 in 2016, and 175 as of Oct. 12, 2017. Police murders went up 53% in 2016 alone. Dr. Richard Johnson, Criminologist, University of Toledo; 2012 American Crime Study *Black males are 40X more likely to be killed by other black males than a police officer. *Less than 400 people were killed by police officers in 2012. Of those, 61% were white, 32% were black. *Black males are only 6.5% of the population, but commit 52% of all murders. *Blacks are 27% more likely to attack whites than whites attack blacks and 8% more likely to attack Hispanics. *93% of all black people who are murdered are murdered by other black people. * Black offenders rob white victims 12X more often than in reverse. U.S. Department of Justice 2014: There were more than 6,000 black-on-black murders, more than white-on-white and hispanic-on-hispanic murders combined. Officer use of force will occur where the police interact most often with violent criminals, armed suspects, and those resisting arrest. Statististically, this happens mostly in black neighborhoods. In America’s 75 largest counties in 2009, for example, blacks constituted 62 percent of all robbery defendants, 57 percent of all murder defendants, 45 percent of all assault defendants-but are only 15 percent of the population. In New York City, blacks are 23% of the population, but commit 75% of shootings. Whites are 34% of the population, but commit less than 2% of shootings. FBI Statistics: In 2015 alone, there were 7,000 black-on-black murders, more than the KKK did in its entire history. An officer is 18.5x more likely to be murdered by a black male than in reverse. Black males between 14-17 commit murder at 10X the rate of white and hispanic teen males combined. Black males of all age groups murder at a rate 8X that of white and hispanic males combined. Killers of police officers have been 40% black males, even though they are only 6.5% of the population. Since 2015, crime rates are now going up due to some inner city community leaders demanding police back off of their patrols in high-crime areas. In cities with the largest black populations, murders went up anywhere from 54% (Washington, DC) to 90% (Cleveland, OH). America’s 56 largest cities saw murder increase by 17%. This has been deemed by Crime Statisticians as the “Ferguson Effect”: The result of a false narrative being injected into a community by social media, national mass media, and elected officials and the community suffering the consequences. In 2016, Professor Roland Fryer of Harvard University (who is black) had originally assumed that there was racism among police officers and decided to do an in-depth study on the matter. He analyzed 10,000 officers involved shootings and found absolutely no racial bias whatsoever. One example, it was found that in Houston, TX whites were 24% more likely than blacks to be shot. He said, “These findings are the most surprising of my career”. In a 2015 U. of Washington study by Researcher, Lois James, found that cops were less likely to shoot a black suspect than a white one. From 1975 to 2015, police shooting blacks has gone down 75%. Police shooting whites has had no measurable change. 2018 Bureau of Justice Statistics found that there were 593,598 violent crimes (excluding homicides) between blacks-on-white and white-on-black. Blacks committed 537,402 (90.5%) of these, even though they’re 13% of the population and whites committed 56,394 (8.5%), even though they’re 60% of the population In a Brookings Institute study in 2013, It was found that the #1 issue hurting the black community is the 75% out-of-wedlock birth rate. If the rate was that high within any racial group, they would suffer the same harmful effects. The study also concluded that if any person, regardless of race, did 3 things: 1. Not have a child outside of wedlock, 2. Graduate from high school, 3. Get a job, 98% would be above the poverty line and 75% would be in the middle class. In a Washington Post Crime study in 2015, 16 unarmed black men were shot in the U.S......out of 20 million black people. These incidents are scrutinized and, as in the case of the officer in Charleston SC, found guilty. But there are usually MANY reasons officers shoot any unarmed suspect; like if a suspect is trying to obtain the weapon of the officer or if the officer is being physically overtaken by a bigger, stronger, suspect or multiple suspects. But if you take the hundreds of thousands of officers in the nation, multiply that by the number of contacts per day, these are almost statistically negligible. So, you're trying to take highly marginal incidents and apply them to the whole issue. The narrative doesn't hold water at all compared to the facts. THE top issues, by far, that are destroying the black community are the 75% fatherless rate among black households (Brookings Institute Study) and black-on-black crime (FBI statistics). It’s not even close. We ALL have our own personal stories. These stats show that no race is immune to racism within their communities. Claiming racism where there isn’t any is morally wrong. It also creates a “crying wolf” situation that when a racist act actually happens, it will be blown off as yet another false claim. These riots and violent acts create the same atmosphere. Why should I listen to or take seriously anyone who attacks people, burns down and robbs businesses, and blocks traffic? Treating people in a particular way based in their social identity group instead of them as an independent human being means there is no justice for any of us. The overwhelming majority of people within all racial groups are not racist. Sadly, too many people fall for the lie that racism is the default reason for any issue that interracial with no facts to back it up. Are you going to have a sermon or protest on the 75% fatherless rate in the black community? How about the astronomically high black-on-black crime rate? How about the elderly white lady in a wheelchair who was recently attacked by a mob of black people during a riot and sprayed with a fire extinguisher? How about the looters who threatened white citizens and destroyed black businesses in their own communities? How about the officers across the nation who have been ambushed and murdered since Mr. Floyd’s death? Until we can have 100% HONEST discussions about such matters and stop allowing the media/politicians to do our thinking for us, race relations will continue to plummet. PLEASE, stop bringing politics into the pulpit. Forcing us to choose sides over an issue that is wrought with so much misinformation is not of God and does nothing to further The Kingdom. The stats I provided prove what I’m saying and can be easily referenced. It needlessly divides us to falsely cast those who don’t agree as bigots. Stick to praying for our nation. Preaching salvation. Serving our communities in a united manner. Allowing us to fellowship with people of all types with no political agendas to taint us. I wrote this with a heavy heart. I wrote this out of love. I wrote this out of God’s leading, not because I wanted to. Please take this all in with an open mind and open heart. Our nation is being destroyed from within by the refusal to acknowledge these facts. I know this post isn’t going to be popular. But factual and truly open examinations have to take place for positive change to happen. My post is intended to inform and give some insight other than that which isn't being presented, not to argue. For the body of Christ to fall hostage to such misinformation is a true travesty. Nevertheless, I love you all.

Dr. Evans doesn’t stop at sadness at the loss and injustice, but expounds upon how we must respond, encourages righteous action led by the church. I’ve tried so hard by speaking and acting, flooding our state and federal elected officials with letters, calls, waiting outside their offices until they finally let me in. But it continues. But I hope many will hear this; if you tell people of other cultures that we shouldn’t get involved, “we don’t need your help”, how can we change cultural injustice if “ALL don’t come to the table?” I don’t know how to respond anymore. I understand hurt and anger ‘spilling over’ and being directed at any white person near... but don’t condemn us all, don’t push those of us who are deeply saddened and also feel anger that injustice continues. No I, nor any person of another culture, different skin color, can ever fully understand what African Americans, Blacks, live every day. But please don’t push those of us away who take action, who pray that injustice will end. Let all who love the Lord and know that we must be led by the gospel, come to the table. There is no racial-, social-, economic-... injustice. There is only injustice. Under God's standard, we are to all abhor injustice in every form it takes. It is just as wrong to be partial to the poor as it is to defer to the great. When that happens, it undermines the entire foundation of society. God knew this when he commanded Israel in Leviticus 19:4 - “You shall do no injustice in court. You shall not be partial to the poor or defer to the great, but in righteousness shall you judge your neighbor."

Amen! We've allowed the gov't to take care of the homeless, the impoverished, etc. instead of doing it from the church.
Theoretically you are correct, but the practical church is neither financially nor "Holy enough!" to take on such a Huge responsibility. From my experience most churches "pretend to do it" but are simply too hypocritical. Have you ever taken in homeless into your own home? Have you ever tried to sleep while a homeless is in your home? Have you ever worried that the homeless might rape or kill your children while you are sleeping? I have. It takes a lot of courage and extremely strong faith in God's guidance in your life to actually do this! Then you find out that a great majority of the homeless are drug/ alcohol addicts, mentally ill, or runaways.
It takes tremendous resources, patience, perseverance and strong belief in the verse from Ecclesiates 9:4 ("...a live dog is better than a dead lion, because there is Still Hope...). Therefore THANK GOD that He gave us Government to help the homeless, in other words WE The People force (demand) the government to to do it for us (unHoly believers). In the meantime support also the minority of Christian special "forces (military term)" like Pacific Garden Mission, and others to do it for you.
Yeah i hear your message. Half of cops who have pulled me over came across super stern or cold. Probably stressed out from life wearing uncomfortable uniforms. But still they look very strict but other half look super friendly. I guess we need to pray for wisdom when pulled over. We know what this will or might bring us trouble but God always sees every color through. Pink purple yellow brown. I think every race is beautiful. Black is beautiful!!

No one should ever think its just one race who is discriminated on but Satan (evil) or people who let satan use them sometimes unintentionallly can hurt any race or each other even meaning our very own individual race. The poverty (mind wise of every nationality) are really harassed the most by evil men. So yeah Tony is right we got to encourage one another for the time is short and Satan knows he has but a shirt time before Jesus returns why Corona etc came out plus election year. Can get really crazy. Psalm 139. Our job is lead people to Jesus to prayerfully get them to call on Jesus to acknowledge we cannot make it w o Him for daily baptism of Holy Spirit in our homes and our own hearts and for Father God to drive out every evil from our own thoughts and hearts for God to drive evil principalities and powers out of our cities and for us not to be deceived by Satans tricks and therefore dividing us up as brothers and sisters in the Lord. Every race has hard days so we need to stay prayed up for our families first work second and just as important for our health if you dont have meat in fridge eat rice and beans and potatoes. Anyway. God loves us and cares and sees everone if we fear and worship HIM. Bible says dont fear any race but fear God Almighty.

One of the things I’ve always loved about Pastor Tony is that, in the past, he hasn’t allowed politics to get into the pulpit. I’ve seen too many times over my life where this has happened in some churches and it always unnecessarily forces members to choose sides in a political issue. These situations can paint a Pastor in a corner: “Now that I have factual information, do I, A. Do I do the right thing and retract my statements to my congregation since it’s wrong to falsely accuse anyone and I have new, factual information now, or B. do I continue to push a narrative that I know deep down inside isn’t true, but I’m afraid of looking bad in front of my congregation?” The police murdered George Floyd. No one in America, of any race, disputes that this was, not only police brutality, but it was straight-up murder. These officers deserve to feel the brunt of the law at its full force. There was a proper investigation and they were charged with their crimes. Yet, there was no proof whatsoever that this was a racial killing. Zero. Also, there is nation-wide rioting going on. Why? Due process got the officers charged and there’s no evidence of this being racially motivated. You’re protesting when the system works? Again, Why? This was a golden opportunity where everyone of all races and backgrounds could come together for one cause. Yet, so many chose to make it divisively racial when it isn’t. Why?
Let me list some studies done by governmental agencies and top universities over the last 10 years that prove that there is no systematic racism whatsoever in the police community or within the white community, as has been suggested for years. These stats are going to be hard for some to swallow. The facts go 100% counter to the narrative that we see in the media and among politicians:
FBI Uniform Crime Report (2016): The number of black murder victims jumped 900% since the Black Lives Matter movement started in 2014. The overwhelming majority (93%) were killed by black criminals, not police or white people.
The Washington Post’s Fatal Force Database - The number of black people killed by police dipped to 259 in 2015, 233 in 2016, and 175 as of Oct. 12, 2017. Police murders went up 53% in 2016 alone.
Dr. Richard Johnson, Criminologist, University of Toledo; 2012 American Crime Study
*Black males are 40X more likely to be killed by other black males than a police officer.
*Less than 400 people were killed by police officers in 2012. Of those, 61% were white, 32% were black.
*Black males are only 6.5% of the population, but commit 52% of all murders.
*Blacks are 27% more likely to attack whites than whites attack blacks and 8% more likely to attack Hispanics.
*93% of all black people who are murdered are murdered by other black people.
* Black offenders rob white victims 12X more often than in reverse.
U.S. Department of Justice 2014: There were more than 6,000 black-on-black murders, more than white-on-white and hispanic-on-hispanic murders combined.
Officer use of force will occur where the police interact most often with violent criminals, armed suspects, and those resisting arrest. Statististically, this happens mostly in black neighborhoods. In America’s 75 largest counties in 2009, for example, blacks constituted 62 percent of all robbery defendants, 57 percent of all murder defendants, 45 percent of all assault defendants-but are only 15 percent of the population.
In New York City, blacks are 23% of the population, but commit 75% of shootings. Whites are 34% of the population, but commit less than 2% of shootings.
FBI Statistics: In 2015 alone, there were 7,000 black-on-black murders, more than the KKK did in its entire history.
An officer is 18.5x more likely to be murdered by a black male than in reverse.
Black males between 14-17 commit murder at 10X the rate of white and hispanic teen males combined.
Black males of all age groups murder at a rate 8X that of white and hispanic males combined.
Killers of police officers have been 40% black males, even though they are only 6.5% of the population.
Since 2015, crime rates are now going up due to some inner city community leaders demanding police back off of their patrols in high-crime areas. In cities with the largest black populations, murders went up anywhere from 54% (Washington, DC) to 90% (Cleveland, OH). America’s 56 largest cities saw murder increase by 17%. This has been deemed by Crime Statisticians as the “Ferguson Effect”: The result of a false narrative being injected into a community by social media, national mass media, and elected officials and the community suffering the consequences.
In 2016, Professor Roland Fryer of Harvard University (who is black) had originally assumed that there was racism among police officers and decided to do an in-depth study on the matter. He analyzed 10,000 officers involved shootings and found absolutely no racial bias whatsoever. One example, it was found that in Houston, TX whites were 24% more likely than blacks to be shot. He said, “These findings are the most surprising of my career”.
In a 2015 U. of Washington study by Researcher, Lois James, found that cops were less likely to shoot a black suspect than a white one.
From 1975 to 2015, police shooting blacks has gone down 75%. Police shooting whites has had no measurable change.
2018 Bureau of Justice Statistics found that there were 593,598 violent crimes (excluding homicides) between blacks-on-white and white-on-black. Blacks committed 537,402 (90.5%) of these, even though they’re 13% of the population and whites committed 56,394 (8.5%), even though they’re 60% of the population
In a Brookings Institute study in 2013, It was found that the #1 issue hurting the black community is the 75% out-of-wedlock birth rate. If the rate was that high within any racial group, they would suffer the same harmful effects. The study also concluded that if any person, regardless of race, did 3 things: 1. Not have a child outside of wedlock, 2. Graduate from high school, 3. Get a job, 98% would be above the poverty line and 75% would be in the middle class.
In a Washington Post Crime study in 2015, 16 unarmed black men were shot in the U.S......out of 20 million black people. These incidents are scrutinized and, as in the case of the officer in Charleston SC, found guilty. But there are usually MANY reasons officers shoot any unarmed suspect; like if a suspect is trying to obtain the weapon of the officer or if the officer is being physically overtaken by a bigger, stronger, suspect or multiple suspects. But if you take the hundreds of thousands of officers in the nation, multiply that by the number of contacts per day, these are almost statistically negligible. So, you're trying to take highly marginal incidents and apply them to the whole issue. The narrative doesn't hold water at all compared to the facts.
THE top issues, by far, that are destroying the black community are the 75% fatherless rate among black households (Brookings Institute Study) and black-on-black crime (FBI statistics). It’s not even close.
We ALL have our own personal stories. These stats show that no race is immune to racism within their communities. Claiming racism where there isn’t any is morally wrong. It also creates a “crying wolf” situation that when a racist act actually happens, it will be blown off as yet another false claim. These riots and violent acts create the same atmosphere. Why should I listen to or take seriously anyone who attacks people, burns down and robbs businesses, and blocks traffic? Treating people in a particular way based in their social identity group instead of them as an independent human being means there is no justice for any of us. The overwhelming majority of people within all racial groups are not racist. Sadly, too many people fall for the lie that racism is the default reason for any issue that interracial with no facts to back it up. Are you going to have a sermon or protest on the 75% fatherless rate in the black community? How about the astronomically high black-on-black crime rate? How about the elderly white lady in a wheelchair who was recently attacked by a mob of black people during a riot and sprayed with a fire extinguisher? How about the looters who threatened white citizens and destroyed black businesses in their own communities? How about the officers across the nation who have been ambushed and murdered since Mr. Floyd’s death? Until we can have 100% HONEST discussions about such matters and stop allowing the media/politicians to do our thinking for us, race relations will continue to plummet. PLEASE, stop bringing politics into the pulpit. Forcing us to choose sides over an issue that is wrought with so much misinformation is not of God and does nothing to further The Kingdom. The stats I provided prove what I’m saying and can be easily referenced. It needlessly divides us to falsely cast those who don’t agree as bigots. Stick to praying for our nation. Preaching salvation. Serving our communities in a united manner. Allowing us to fellowship with people of all types with no political agendas to taint us. I wrote this with a heavy heart. I wrote this out of love. I wrote this out of God’s leading, not because I wanted to. Please take this all in with an open mind and open heart. Our nation is being destroyed from within by the refusal to acknowledge these facts. I know this post isn’t going to be popular. But factual and truly open examinations have to take place for positive change to happen. My post is intended to inform and give some insight other than that which isn't being presented, not to argue. For the body of Christ to fall hostage to such misinformation is a true travesty. Nevertheless, I love you all.

Stand outside in parking lots or top floor of parking garages and have this unified praise and worship music blasted out of speakers and across UA-cam! People walk their neighborhoods during this time playing it on phone speakers and singing along! God’s people unifying in praise and worship to fill the atmosphere of our cities with love! Arm in arm virtually! Evil is working overtime because they know their time is short but also because God’s people have been divided and cannot assemble together to worship and there is power in those gatherings. Oh the dream of filling the outside atmosphere of our cities with Praise and worship in complete unison is an awesome vision to bring God glory from His children to the throne room! Fill our atmosphere with something that will combat the atmosphere of evil that is out there! 🙌🙌🙌
