- In this Malai Kofta Recipe video I have shown the Restaurant Style Malai Kofta Step by Step process. This Shahi Malai Kofta Curry recipe by kabitaskitchen is very easy to follow.
Ingredients:
Paneer(Indian Cottage cheese)-150 gm
Boiled potato-2
Green chilli-1
Garlic cloves-10 to 12
Chopped onion-2
Chopped tomato-2
Chopped ginger-2 inch
Almond-6 to 7
Cashew-6 to 7
All purpose flour (maida)-2 tsp
Fresh cream-50 gm
Chopped mixed dry fruits
Dry fenugreek leaves(kasuri methi)-1 tsp
Coriander powder-1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/3 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder-1/2 tsp(optional)
Garam masala powder-1/3 tsp
Salt to taste
Butter-1 tbsp
Cooking oil for fry

Kabita ji eik Baath share karna chahte hoon. 2 year pehle thak muji cooking mein bilkul interest nahi thi mujhi gas ka sim , medium, or high flame kaise rakhte hain voh bhi mujhi teek Tarah se nahi maloom tha aur eik din galati se Maine aap ka cooking video play kare voh tha zeera rice aur pata nahi mujhi kya hua same day Evening mein try kare aur bahuth aacha bane tab se mujhi cooking ki lath lagaye aur aaj mere haath ka khaane ko bahuth Matlab bahuth loog pasand karne lage hain . Haar rooj kuch na kuch karte hoon . Mujh jaise ladki Etna bana rahe hoon which is unbelievable. All thanks to You main aapka yeah aisaan kabhi nahi Chuka paaonge !!
