Hello my name is Cassandra, I am 19 years old and I live in Canada. welcome to my UA-cam channel. One of my main topics that I will be talking about is mental health because mental health has made a big impact on my life and the lives of people around me. My main goal is to help others realize that they aren’t alone in their struggles and that their is light at the end of the tunnel. No matter what you are battling you will get through it and you will come out a stronger person. The tests we face in life's journey are not to reveal our weaknesses but to help us discover our inner strengths.
