It has been a good machine it is the 300MP with the Tru Remote setup, but still pretty simple. I just turned over 3k hours last week with no issues. I ran my buddy's Pipe Pro and it is slick for an inverter style machine though.
( I’m just now getting the notification of your reply.. 🤔 Weird ..) I always hear the PP stacks dimes like nothing else once it’s tuned to your personal preferences, I just don’t want to trust an inverter. I may try to find an old redface first to learn how a DC generator runs in roots on my steam pipe. Thanks for the info 😎✌🏼🇺🇸
Vantage or pipe pro seem to prefer a wide gap nickel or more to get a root in this 300 and my other ones will push a nice bead though a dime gap but I even prefer even tighter if I know it will not close up. The DC generators have a lot of arc force that are awesome for bead and hot pass
@@oldlincolnpipewelder got 12,000hours on my pipe pro 350 ( mitsubishi ) currently and haven't had a lick of trouble. Normal stuff like glowplugs and maintenance. They're solid machines, definately nothing to be worried about looking at.
Thanks. This works great for me as I use the truck to pull a 40' gooseneck. It take about 15 minutes to take off and about 10 to load again. I'm only on Instagram @empireweldingllc
Particular reason you chose one massive skid instead of three individual ones? Seems 4 extra pieces of steel for the frames wouldn't be very much for the convenience of easier install/removal
I guess I don’t follow your logic. This is four 3/4” bolts and fifteen minutes to remove from the truck with four stands. The more components you add the longer it will take. I load/unload this from my truck several times a year and it works great for me
Looks great!
Thanks for checking out the video 👍
Cool 😎
Love it! How do you like your SAE? I’m leaning towards one because the Miller pipe pro seems to be too reliant on electronics and inverter.

Exactly what I need to build. You have a Facebook page as well?

@@empireweldingllc I'm just curious, but I guess 15min isn't bad
Nice
