WYNOLLO TV Haha wow, that's some bad luck there. I have fallen asleep while actually watching a movie on HBO and Cinemax before and when I woke up the TV was off. This was when I was also a kid.
My mom never told me anything and I never bothered to ask her what was on during the time she would turn off the TV for me. Haha I feel like mom's are nicer to their sons than dad's are to their daughters at times. Or it just seem like it.

Sleep paralysis is no joke! I used to get it alot when I was a kid.
Now I only get it when I'm very sleep deprived and try to take a nap during the day for some reason.
I don't like taking short naps because I always get sleep paralysis and it scared the shit out of me.

JP Casallas yeah, that sounds about right. Whenever I have to work a 15+ shift and just want to take a nap I get it. I usually never get it when I sleep normally at night. It's when I have to sleep during the day because I work all night till the afternoon.
Maybe stress too but I don't know if I'm stressed about anything at the time.
Yea it happens to me when I'm sleep deprived too. Once I was awake for like 24 hours and when I finally got home to go to bed, as soon as I closed my eyes it happened. It was crazy

That's what the so-called experts want us to believe. I can understand it being a "dream" between states of consciousness, but when multiple ppl who grew up in the same house, experience the same shit and can describe to each other their experiences like seeing the same type of dark shadowy ppl/figures and hearing the same weird voices/whispers during sleep paralysis, i think that's a bit odd dontcha think? Plus, wouldnt we experience sleep paralysis wherever we go? Instead only certain houses or places we stay at? My childhood house was haunted asf! Ever since we moved outta there, none of my siblings or I experience the same type of sleep paralysis episodes.

When I was in Elementary, and my family went to Vietnam for vacation, at a place we were staying at in Saigon, I had a paranormal experience. In the middle of the night, I woke up from hearing sounds, and the lamp and lights were flickering on and off. Turns out, the TV was also on and it was on the static screen like in cliche scary movies. Outside our room, I heard footsteps, and noises of someone running around. I was curious as to what it was so I unlocked our door and went out. I looked down the hallways, down the stairs, nothing, so I went back into the room, and locked the door. Ghosts being sort of normal, I went back to bed. My older sister experienced the exact thing that same night, but had sleep paralysis, and apparently a black figure was looking over her. No lie, scariest paranormal experience I've had. Of course, you can probably chop it up to science, but ghosts sound way more interesting. Whoever took the time out to read this, I would like to know, what are some paranormal events you've experienced?
I went to Vietnam recently to visit some family, and one of my cousins who is only 8 was telling us about how he keeps seeing ghosts with gaping mouths and bleeding eyes all around us as we were walking through this wild/rural town at night. We just kept laughing it off and blamed it on children imagination but that shit freaked me out.

It used to feel like that, now I just wake up incaple of moving and I think 'fuck not again, guess I gotta see if I can get someone to wake me up' at which point I try to scream 'ayo someone in this house wake my ass up'.

belq depends on who you ask. Started by having dreams within dreams (inception style), then on the 3rd time thinking i woke up, I was being clamped like a vise grip to side by some humanoid looking creature but I subconsciously remembered some tips like holding your breath to get out of it, so i did that and tensed and actually woke up this time. I'm not really one that gets spooked, so yeaaa goooood tiiiimes.

there was a point where i would get sleep paralysis almost every night. To the point where I can sense it is coming during deep sleep, starting with a screeching noise, and I even mastered the ability to break out of it. Gotta charge up and release all your energy on one part of your body, usually your arm, to wake your body up

I’ve had one where there was a spider that slowly came down on a single web almost to my chest while I was laying in bed and I was paranoid about it for a few days.
Omg I used to get sleep paralysis all the time when I was a kid. It freaked me out but I didn’t know what it was. It got to the point where eventually I had my own trick of how to get myself out of it immediately, which is wiggling my toes/foot. Then it stopped happening, I haven’t had it happen in years now thank god!

I have lived in Vietnam until I was 10. Pretty much from grandmas to aunties, children 98% of the people claimed they have seen ghost or encountered some sort of paranormal activity. It’s overplayed so don’t trip Nikki. The employees who said ” we are not allowed to discuss the ghost stuff” because that considered gossiping and will get them in troubles. I also believe that when you’re scared or creeped out by something you will get paranoid and hallucinate, so the things that you’re so afraid of will appear. That’s why people always say “it” appears in my peripheral because your brain are tricking you into believing what, you have created in your mind b4 you can see and you don’t even know it.
It amuses me when people say somewhere is haunted and they sound genuine.
And I love it how individuals come up with their own rules on what ghosts can/can't do, just to suit themselves. It madness.

Back then, I didn’t know what sleep paralysis was. I would have trouble falling asleep late at night, I felt like there were scary demons trying to possess my body. Because I now know what sleep paralysis is, I would wait another 10 mins to fall asleep.

So in the Mexican culture what sleep paralysis means is that there is a spirit on top of your body and you have to yell (in your mind cause you can’t move or physically yell) and tell the spirit to leave you alone.

California is haunted as well (if you believe in ghosts), there are a few documentaries about the ghosts of Hollywood, my fave Story is the one of the actress Peg Entwistle who jumped from the letter H of the Hollywood sign and haunts this area since the 1940s

In my culture we believe sleep paralysis occurs when a ghost is sitting on top of you.
Tiff is that one of the teacher that normally works with Disney kid actors. I heard a few try to go to teal school ether privet or public to get normal experiences when not filming even try to film stuff during the summer or as quick as tgey can ,but yeah if they want to be kid actors some filming schedules can't get around the school year. I hope teachers like that really teach even if unconventional all the kid actors they learn as much from every subject as normal students going to school.
