This performance gave evidence she is in her ultimate ultimate element, the stage (Quote Mel B.) Third and today quite exspectable quote is by Howie Mandell: She will be bigger than Taylor S. OMG, what is growing here.
I'm not a Taylor fan, don't listen to her music but I did some research after so many were comparing Grace to her and I found that Taylor wanted to be a singer and her parents moved to Nashville for her. She got a job working as a song writer while she was in high school. So lets let the Taylor fans do the unfair comparisons stuff, don't get caught up into that
Cal, let the music style aside. The similarity lies in my eyes in the streamline character. Both had in very young years a vision, to be a singer and (!) songwriter with a real stage hog talent. Both followed their dreams with consequences resp. GV has just started. Especially their Moms controlled the beginning of their carriere.
I see in these points "the new Taylor S." That`s it! Every other point partic. private life is another story.

I've been around music all my life, and I must say I love Grace. Like I said, around music all my life and I would like someone to correct me. I've seen quite a few performers get in trouble for not performing their tunes live. I listen to "So much more than this" (my favorite) live and it sounds exactly like the studio version, AM I MISSING SOMETHING???
D.B. not missing anything So much more than this is playing as a backdrop with Grace singing the lyrics.
Yeah of course she uses backing tracks like most performers. I mean she has no backing singers or bass player for a start but she may expand her band in future I guess

I have a feeling with the 2 new cover songs she did we are going to see some very adult songs and melodies forthcoming on future albums. I think they are trying to keep her age appropriate. But I have feeling she wants to get away from pop and be more creative and deep not so cookie cutter. But she needs to build up her base of fans and that’s why we are seeing main stream songs. You can tell the depth of talent on Better Life, Darkness Keeps Chasing Me, Hope For Change, Lungs, and talk good. We have seen the pinnacle of greatness in these songs compared to her rival competition but not her ceiling. I may never get to witness that final opus she produces that will completely heal the masses from this often damaged society. Or as I like to call it the new Sodom and Gomorrah. She is a shining light in an often dark and torturous world. #choose-kindness
