Indians have a community spirit, they help each other, they lift each other up, they are business people and will patronize each other's businesses. I'm Kenyan with Indian friends and their love for one another is what sets them apart from other communities.

Go to India and see if that's also the same there. When you're not in your own country people tend to adopt a certain way of moving and interacting, and it could also just be the individuals themselves, but in the country of India I'm pretty sure it's not all like that.

Not necessarily. Indians has class system. They treat other Indian in lower class like animals. People from the lower cast system has very little to no voice. If you are a Madras Indian, very dark skin, you are considered dirty by the lighter skin Indian. If you are Indian from the northernmost region of Indian, you are likely very fair skin , close to white and you are considered desirable.

I’ve traveled throughout India for 6 years prior to the pandemic. They are successful because they follow their traditions and they use their traditions to plan their lives from marriage, to birth, to education and to death. Most other groups will not put in the amount of work they put in to be successful. They will not marry just anyone. If you see the work they put in to build Temples thousands of years old. They always believed in doing the impossible.

As part of the Indian diaspora, I will tell you Indians will always rise to the top of any society they live in, its a mindset thing.Whether Africa, Asia, or North America Indians are on top.The Chinese are the same as well, however the Chinese people have lost a significant part of their traditional culture( largely due to christianity and the CCP ) whereas Indians have successfully held on to theirs. Also family always comes first among Indians.

The Indian diaspora has been on the rise for many years, and the country’s expatriates are making an economic impact around the world. According to the United Nations, India had the most people living abroad of any country worldwide in 2020, with just under 17.9 million born in the country recorded as living overseas. The Indian diaspora is not just a part of India’s soft power, but a fully transferable political vote bank as well.
Indians have been successful in various fields, including business, technology, and politics, and have made significant contributions to the countries they live in. For example, people of Indian descent make up 1.3% of the American population, and they are the most successful immigrants in the country . Indian entrepreneurship is a very important engine of economic growth, and 8% of the founders of high-tech companies in the US are Indian . With Sundar Pichai running Google and Satya Nadella the CEO of Microsoft, Indians play a prominent role in some of America’s biggest tech firms 1.
The Chinese people are also known for their success in various fields, but they have lost a significant part of their traditional culture, largely due to Christianity and the CCP . A survey conducted by China Xiaokang magazine, people.com.cn, and sina.com.cn found that the new generation of Chinese are not as well-mannered as their forefathers, and Western festivals are exerting a negative influence on traditional Chinese ones. More than 95% of the respondents said Chinese people must retain their traditional customs and manners, and nearly half admitted they knew nothing about the origins and meanings of traditional festivals .
Family is an important part of Indian culture, and Indians value having both sons and daughters. Nearly all Indians say it is very important for a family to have at least one son (94%) and, separately, to have at least one daughter (90%) . Indians encourage their children to take pride in their heritage and tell them that family always comes first . The beautiful thing is that they can see these same values in the lives of their diverse friends. Though the specific traditions may differ, many cultures embrace these universal values.
In conclusion, the Indian diaspora has been successful in various fields and has made significant contributions to the countries they live in. Indians have successfully held on to their traditional culture, and family always comes first among Indians. While the Chinese people have lost a significant part of their traditional culture, they are still successful in various fields

Indians can only rise to the top of societies that tolerate clannish behaviour that refuses to integrate. Indian successes in East Africa was marred by a racist attitude towards their African hosts upon whom they were making a living. Their societal approach differed markedly from that of Arabs or even Chinese, who would often gain alliances with their hosts through intermarriage etc thus solidifying their position and becoming 'indigenous'. The Indians were always considered foreigners with a habit of trying to recruit more of their kind into the countries they were living in. In time they fell out of favour with their hosts and either were expelled or encouraged to leave.

Both these alien religions whose gods, prophets and philosophies have got nothing to do with Africa is being marketed and sold successfully to africans and they have become slaves to these new religions. This needs to change big time. Africa has to rediscover its roots, real traditions and culture.

Every race sticks together that's why they have been able to build in their Homeland. It's only the black race that don't stick together they're too busy trying to be different and the pick me for their oppressors instead of building for their people. I'm beginning to believe that the black race of working together as one people. I guess we were able to do in an America because it was only 8% and not 90 present. Maybe the Caucasians was right because we have built nothing in any of these black countries to sustain our people. That seems to be the sad truth. The Asian and Latino communities have no problems working together no matter what their individual differences are they don't put them out for the public to see unlike the black race. Their men are Builders and leaders men think being a man is having sex with 100 women. They bill nothing to maintain their own on countries for their future generation. They just steal the money for themselves and do nothing to lift up that poor. That is the difference between 90% black countries and the rest of the world. Instead of lifting up their own people they're busy lifting up other races in their country so they could be the workers. It's the mentality of the black people around the world they do nothing to get rid of that Colonial mindsets that they carry with them. They think education is the key no building your own community and lifting up your poor is the answer. You country is as strong as your poorest people there's a reason for that saying. Instead of lifting up their own people on the African continent and Haiti they enslave their own because they make more money. They don't see their oppressors a slave in their own because they make more money no they lift their people up and they enslave other races. Our people are the only ones with the slave mindset and they have no embarrassment they will beg any race for money. Instead of taking control of their own resources and building up their own communities. It's a foreign concept to our people that's the difference between the black race and any other race. Foundational black Americans were not like that they work together that's how we were able to make strides but now that is lost thanks to Black immigration in America. our ancestors apparently didn't know that there is totally different mindsets on the other side of the world they're too busy trying to line up with our oppressors instead of lifting up their own people. I imagine that is why everybody's trying to get a white man.

1). Economics = industralization and building massive infrastructures.
2). Security = Rules of law, strong enforcement agencies
3). Governance = Political stability and strong national government.
4). Social Adherence = Controlling our own narrative, rules of engagement, creating new positive narrative, Pan Africanism code of conduct and redefining our images around the world.
Everything else is nonsense and nonstarter.

If we can't turn natural resources into finished products and tap into our vast LOCAL human resources no amount of lectures, debates, repatriation and kumbaya will change the situation.
People only sell out and worship foreigners due to the economical situation most countries are facing.
I've always said "If you want to know the real character of an African and opinion on how he or she regards foreigners and other races just look at how a wealthy African treats them".
Industrialization and good economics will fix all this BS.

Only the most hardworking, industrious, and entrepreneurial Indians leave India for other places which create the illusion that everyone is this way. That isn't the case though. In India people will tear you down if they become envious of your success and sell you out. This is how the British conquered India by playing everyone off against each other using this mentality which was already built in.

They mostly come from Gujarati, Sindhi, Marawadi linguistic group and by caste they are Baniya's. They are very shrewd businessmens. Wherver they go they make good connections with local government/authorities by bribing them. Their biggest strenght is they have good knwoldege and connection that required for trading. They are mostly traders. They buy cheap things from one place and sell at differenct place.

If my black brothers and sisters would expand their understanding of the world beyond black, they would realize that all across the world there are minority dominated majorities as far as business and sometimes politics. Different groups of people for unexplainable reasons gravitate towards certain markets and it’s not just in one country, but you can see the Chinese in many countries dominating certain industries or sectors of work and the reason is too good at it.We confuse disparities with discrimination and this is why we run around paranoid all the time. We totally accept that in sports or entertainment blacks have a favorable disparity in the footprint there but for some reason when it comes to business with another group is owning all the 7-Elevens we think it must be some conspiracy.

Easy answer. The Indians are a buffer class, just like immigrants are a buffer class in the US. The colonizer doesn't change his tactics no matter the country.
Black folks don't seem to understand this. Instead, they believe these people are smarter, more talented, better at business, etc. We need more initiative, faith in ourselves, and a determination to end tribalism and practice group economics.

One omission from your reasoning about why the Indians dominate Ugandan economics. I noticed how you like to blame everything on the British colonization of Uganda with their divide and conquer rhetoric. Remember idi Amin confiscated all Indian business and forced all Indians to leave Uganda, therefore leaving next to zero Indian business or political power in Uganda. It was only after Amin was overthrown that Indians began to return to Uganda and rebuild at the same zero benefit that all African Ugandans has yet still persevered and excelled , so maybe it didn't have anything to do with the British favoring Indians but the fact that Indians are more industrious and harder working than the average African Ugandan

He said too many times white or black would always call in sick or get complaints of bad work ethic. When getting out of the Millitary and getting my house built up in washington seattle area, i noticed mostly hispanic workers building the house. Im not saying any group is the best worker, but i think a lot of business will always hire people that will help them make more money and there job and management easier. Just things ive noticed like watching tv and resteraunt shows have many hispanic in the kitchen although the food is of a total different country cuisine. With growing up in LA around such diversity and working with people all over the world, its amazing seeing families that all live together and have plans and succeed and follow a blue print, one coworker had all his brothers and wifes live in a house and kids, they all paid it off, the oldest kept that house, then when a brother and wife would move out, they would all share in that bill and house payment till it was paid off. One of the things ive noticed is IMO schools are there to teach us how to work and make someone else money. Just an opinion.

Most people who travel at the top of their class. Many indians who are very successful in other countries are different than many other indians when it comes to class race cast and colorism. This narrative is BS that's being promoted. A lot of these high achieving immigrants in other countries have a huge social economic racial and religious cast in where they get all the benefits in comparison to others. Who come over and act like it's all indians in general. India has 287 million illiterate adults, the largest population globally and 37% of the world total. It's not right to take somebody in the upper class of their country doing well and have access to education and bring them over to another country where it has people suffering from the countries, brand of social, racial, ethnic, colorism, inequalities. To then Boast on them, to act like that, there's just something wrong with them, cause look at you. Ignoring the unique circumstances that they are under by saying I'm a minority like you, why am I OK and you're not. I see it as disgusting, because a lot of the time people do that for the dominant social class within the society for acceptance.

Teenah, you had me until you said, "Only Indians are anti Idi Amin." I disagree with you on the latter. Most Ugandans don't see Idi Amin as a hero because Idi Amin kidnapped, tortured, and murdered Ugandans. So praising Idi Amin is an insult to most Ugandans. At least the Indians were given time to leave Uganda. Instead of Idi Amin limiting the bad treatment to only Asians/Indians, he oppressed his fellow Ugandans that also supported him, not to say those that didn't support him deserve oppression. My parents aren't Indians/Asians, they weren't anti Idi Amin before they witnessed his horrors, they witnessed and lived through Idi Amin's horrors like many Ugandans. My parents grew up during the Idi Amin era. My parents, some of my relatives, and their friends had to sleep in the bushes at night during the Idi Amin era because Amin or his soldiers went to Ugandans' homes and kidnapped, tortured, and/or murdered Ugandans. They had to walk the long route to school to avoid Idi Amin or Idi Amin's military because Ugandans were kidnapped, tortured or murdered during the Idi Amin era. Idi Amin had many torture chambers in Uganda. Most of Idi Amin torture chambers were turned into businesses after he was overthrown. So what I know about Idi Amin I learned from my parents' first hand accounts of their experiences. Idi Amin wasn't pro-black, he was pro certain ethnic groups. Idi Amin is the reason some of my relatives are deceased.

Don't forget, they may have a nice smile 😊😊 and maybe humble attitude, but they embezzle government funds, they engage in bank fraud, they try hard not to pay taxes and fees
.. Have sympathy for your own African People, not for them. Every dollar you get back in taxes can help develop our own People. 😊 They can be used well to train Young People in various skills. Let government hire a teacher to teach small group of young People good skills. Like shoe making, mold making, sewing, driving a car, riding a bike. grass cutting, basket weaving etc.

She should be saying that blacks from diaspora can surely compete with the indians due to their level of education, exposure, training and experience. Home based Africans are often not well trained on technicalities. She needs to leave sentiments apart.

Exactly the apartheid government did the same thing as well they literally put whites at the top , indians second to them , Coloureds third to them and African people at the bottom that's why you have indian people successful than the natives but people wanna ignore that and start this bs that indian people are successful in Africa bcz they are hard working ignoring that they had privileges black people didn't have during colonial times

As a Indian Let me say from this conversation it seems to me like Africans are selling themselves short. There is nothing 'special' that we have that Africans don't have. As a civilizatin yes India has seen a golden age for thousands of years based on the pillars of - Wealth, Knowledge systems, scientific temperaments and trade and governenance. All that went down in the last 500-800 years and it went really bad in the 200 years of colonialism. But having said that india has the same poverty or even worse than sub-saharan africa but if given the same oppurtunities and advantages african can perform just as well. Humans are humans.

India talk about positively like this about the whites or japanese or singaporeans wondering how come 'they' do it and not 'we indians'. puzzling mystery.

The Colonizers set up the same system in places like Trinidad and Tobago, Guyana and other Caribbean countries. They give the Indians overhears positions over the Black. It was drill into Blacks that Indians are better than Blacks. Many Black Guyanese men aspire to and marry Indian women, even the Indian families will not accept the Black men. The Indian families often disown their daughters who marry Black. The irony is that the very Black men will disparage Black women. The brainwashing of Black people, particularly Black men by the Colonizers, to hate ourselves is an epidemic across the Globe. Black men are train to hate themselves at all cost. There are very few voices out there that are encouraging Black men to love themselves. No other race or ethnic group of men hate on their women, physically, mentally and emotionally like Black men. This behavior is across the world.

Africa Must limit the Foreign Nationals that live in all 54 African States. Strict Passport Policy should be used to do this. Grant them a set time to stay,. This time has to be reviewed on a regular basis at which time an extension may be granted. Before the extension is granted, use the opportunity to check their behavior and civil activity, review them for Crimes, stealing of resources from Africa, check their financial status, make sure they are paying adequate taxes for the income they are earning,,, adjust their taxes upward as necessary. They cannot be benefitting from Africa more than Africa's people and not be proportionally taxed. Last time I heard, they offer only prostitution to our African People when they go there to India, looking for work. Also never forget "State Capture Case in South Africa, where they got rich from direct stealing of Government funds and helped to undercut the ligitimate South African Government with Boers. Be sure to have plenty of prison cells built to enforce your Policy... No foreigners who directly steals government revenue, should be set free without doing very serious time and labor as restitution...When they apply to visit Africa, you must request and scrutinize their crime record.
