mate, when you make the París Olympics you should write a book, whether it's an autobiography or some form of tips/guide manual doesn't matter. I'm just mentioning it because you're such a good speaker and knowledgeable athlete
Top tips, love the sponge analogy! I've been getting max sleep (9 hours ideally) while injured to help my body sort itself out, seems to be working well. Earplugs are also a gamechanger (especially "Loop" brand, as they're comfy for sleeping) for quality sleep. Sorry the coffee was a letdown today :/
What are your thoughts on tools like ice bath and sauna? I’ve been using them in conjunction with constant and consistent stretching and mobility exercises. So far so good, but I definitely need to get my sleep schedule under control.
Hey Stephen love the content! What are your thoughts on icing for speeding up recovery, reducing inflammation etc. Do you use ice packs or ice baths for recovery? Mahalo
Another great video. Luv your scoring on the coffee. My wife and I do the same thing. As you seem to be always travelling it would interesting to see a vlog on what you actually take with you ie clothes shoes etc. Must be hard especially with all the running and dirty laundry etc. Just a thought for more interesting material. Thanks again.
Great youtube content Scully Getting better with the camera now lol For those who are watching these videos too i would highly recommend looking into the running masterclass 10/10.
I have a pair and I use them for my easy runs. I highly recommend them to improve your gait cycle as well as allow the legs to run in a more natural position.
I really like the sponge analogy. You want the sponge to be empty, but not completly dry/too much rest.

I would love an autobiography. Story telling makes fans invested in an athlete
Coming off workouts: Rest is when you get stronger. Thanks for the videos
Stephen, I’ve been keeping up with every video!
Can you please do a self-massage recovery video?
Thank you!
Great emphasis on proper recovery essentials :) Very encouraging to hear from an elite. Makes me really want to look into the running masterclass.
Yes, check it out, as I've said all along if you sign up, and you're not happy or don't think it's helped then simply ask for a refund, and no stress.
Just keep doing what you’re doing. I’m grateful for this type of content. That’s amazing🏄🏻♂️

What is the best Under Armour shoe for training that is good for normal runs, tempos and long runs?
That's the Horseshoe Bend in Arizona, there is a hefty cliff right there where you are sitting :P
Thanks for the tips 🙂

Watching this knowing full well I’ve not hydrated properly the last couple days wondering why my legs and body are feeling so trash 😂

Hi Stephen, I see you flew American. Not bad for the legs but awful for the stress/ peace of mind. A watch out when traveling 😂
Great video! I've got a question, have you ever tried Altra Shoes? Been seeing reviews on them was just curious if you had some experience with them.
He is an UA athlete

Supersapiens yes
Run slower, more often, protein rich whole food diet and sleep.
