Had an attorney that I owed money to. His secretary calls me about it and said I was short but would pay it at the end of the month. She said that would fine. A few days later he calls me about it and I told him that I had already made arrangements with his secretary. "Oh ok". I paid the bill as promised but month later got a bill from him for $30 for account discussion

Does the USCCA actually cover the cost or should I still have to pay the lawyer money anyway and USCCA reimburses that money?
He has mentioned in the past that USCCA will send him a check, and then he'll start working with you. But I think he'll need to clarify.
Can you please make a video about spousal privileges during a self defense situation. Are conversations privileged between spouses or is it only attorney client priviliege?
