Grounded people are so agreeable by nature, you can easily get talking to them even in a supermarket, to the point it "feels" like you've know them for years and they are complete strangers, I reckon grounded people have tamed their Ego which makes them more natural and interesting. ❤️
Ralfy you said it was your youtube channel, and Billy knows that, The importentness of that black strange camera that you always talk to. He likes to hear you talk because he feels it comes from your heart, so he lays on your shoulder, haha good more viewers. forgot to say this was a good one, a bit diffcult, but doable ty
Nice one Ralfy. Dealing with a close family bereavement in sudden and very sad circumstances. We're several years in and it's been hard. Time and taking positive steps to acknowledge and work through the loss. You need both I believe. I sat on it for a long time to my detriment.
Great subject Ralfy. Thanks for sharing. As you say, connecting with the natural world is very important. One time while in Hawaii I really fell in love hard with all the different varieties of mangoes and so now I save mango seeds and grow them into trees. Fun little hobby to have in addition to Philosophy and quality spirits. Billy Is a super cool cat!
This one is very good ralf, i will play it again. Good timing, people are living the life in the summer, in the now. I noticed the same thing wiht grounding and other people going crazy because of the sacrifice the make to a stressfull job. Lots of frustation , time for holiday
Billy is a fine and handsome tabby......you're a credit to each other Ralfy 😺👍. People that are dialled into cats know a thing or two - we could all learn from their inherent wisdom. Being grounded is a necessary part of a survival strategy in today's world. Good to see you both looking so well too 😃.
Another good video. We are lucky- 7 miles from The Malvern Hills, we get our water from one of the springs every week. Often there is a 20 minute que. Also for connecting with the seasons, I have just read an exellent book, which you may be aware of, Finding Hildasey by Christian Lewis. He walks in this book the west coast of The UK starting in Swansea, Wales, heading clockwise, mainly focusing on the west and north coast of Scotland, doing all the outer hebrideas and Shetland. He is a former para trooper and does most of the walk with a dog, he met on the way.His has also now released a second book, recording the second part of the walk. A great read with life going back to basics.
I would argue 'travelling' isn't a skill kids need. Studying local environment in great detail - nature and history - far more helpful to a young mind than a tour of france. Real food is the absolute number one skill i would teach kids at school. We are killing our kids with junk food. Fruit and veg cooked and presented with care is essential.

Good lessons, Ralfy! Took me *years* to wean myself off of drama and negativity. 8:13
