Chocolate Ganache Recipe (ratio 1:1)
250ml all purpose cream and 250 grams dark compound chocolate.
Share ko po dito sa video kung ano yung different consistency with corresponding minutes or hours na ilalagay natin sa chiller/ref yung ganache para ma reach natin yung drippy|runny, fudge and peanut spread like ganache. And also ipakita ko rin po dito sa video paano yung way ng pag store ko to have a longer shelf life ng chocolate ganache.

@@togsiscooking mam,last na Po. Pwede Po ba gamitin ung premium dutche compound? Di ko Po Kasi alam Kung ano pinagkaiba ng premium at dark dutche compound Po. Salamat Po.
For me sa pag kaka alam ko lang "not that expert po ha" 😊 ang premium chocolate eto ay mas maganda ang quality ng ingredients, maganda ang presentation at packaging compared sa regular chocolates. Pero same lang yan sila chocolates 😊nagkaka iba lang siguro yung %content ng cocoa, fat and other ingredients sa chocolate. Pwede po kayo mag search sa google about premium and compound chocolates for more and better understanding.

For filling macarons, what ratio can be used if white chocolate? That can be travelled for 2 hours?
And in 2 chocolate 1 cream, does it still soften in room temp?

I used all purpose cream here as mentioned in the video. Nestle pala gamit ko kasi mas bet ko po siya kysa sa ibang brand 😊

Hello Po, ilang days na po naka ref yung ganache ko pero Hindi pa po sya nagfafudge. Ano Po kaya Ang pwede kong gawin para ma achieve Yung peanut spread consistency?

Okay na po ang ratio madali na po yan mag set, compound chocolate po ba gamit niyo? Kasi depende rin ata sa klase ng chocolates. Anyways, e chill niyo po muna uncovered yung ganache chill it for 2 to 3 hours

Yes pwede po, that's another option of making ganache if ayaw niyo maglagay ng cream.
Ilan pong 6x2 ang macocover neto?
Kung simpleng coating lang at hindi makapal pwede dalawa (2) or hanggang apat (4) na 6x2. E take note lang po natin na ang yield will always depend po kung gaano at paano kayo mag apply sa isang cake kahit ano mang frosting ang gamitin natin. So range lang po ang 2-4 cakes
