Correct Brad ....she is not of this world. Every week i am thinking how can she provide a more stunning performance and she does it to me again. Cold chills about halfway through the first listen. I think vocally her best of the series ...but then again i said that about SS..Try and Stay. So what do i know except one thing...Danielle has not limits and i have said it before and she proves this with each and every one of these videos. She is totally fearless as to what material she is willing to sing. She hits these notes perfectly seemingly effortless. She is truly a natural ... she is able to blow me away every time. Thanks again Danielle for bringing such enjoyment when you sing.
She's beyond human to be able to do this.
Danielle proves she is otherworldly with the money note at 3:17-3:22...Such power with the smoothness is truly something else.
Have you ever thought that the other band members such as the pianist never get credit for how much they add to the song? I think that they deserve some appreciation along with the vocalist.
I don't know how to express my awe at what she does vocally. Pitch, tone,vibrato control, breathing, This is legendary already.
Nothing else to say...... It's all of the above. Her pitch control is unbelievable.
I just thought I would come back and just say, "She sounds amazing, exceptional, flawless, powerful, sweet, and any other word I haven't wrote here yet. I still can't believe she just turned 18 years old this summer! After she turned 16, her mom took her to Dallas to try-out for The Voice and before she even turns 17 she has already won the show and had already started touring. Just to put this in some kind of perspective, Carrie Underwood was 21 years old when she won American Idol. If I was her, I'd be looking over my shoulder every chance I got. Danielle is coming for her! Watch out Carrie!
Ya know I love Danielle, Josh but to state that Danielle is coming after Carrie and for Carrie to keep looking over her shoulder is not the kind of comment or statement that i would think that Danielle would want to see. Dani is a once in a lifetime talent that will rise to the top of the heap but there is always room at the top for others. Besides...Carrie is Dani's idol so starting crap is never a good thing.

I still don't know what her limit is. She has such a huge range and it's on full display with this song. What's more is she knows when to hold back and when to go full throttle. That cannot be taught. She can sing anything, anything at all.
And I predict she WILL be singing in other genre's besides Country, she is so well received no matter WHAT she sings, and since Country DJ's insist on focusing on Country Boys, more and more of the Country gals will be heading to the POP side of music.
And I can't wait to buy "anything" she does sing! I am an Obsessed Fan at this point!

I've been a fan since her first days on The Voice. Why we're not hearing this awesome talent outside the UA-cam space is beyond my comprehension! I read an earlier comment about the purity of her voice, and the fact that she doesn't ad lib with runs and such. Danielle should be played on ALL the stations!!!! Her voice is pure and just plain awesome.

I met Dani last nite, Sun 8-24-14 at Mohegan Sun casino in Connecticut & saw her perform. She was spectacular, beyond what I had expected of course. I'll be posting pics to idolforums when my equipment decides to function correctly. She's truly beautiful in every sense. She has an incredible twinkle in her eyes, she's mesmerizing. I love this girl so much!

You know what really strikes me?... That w/ Danielle one can, actually, happily, listen to a same song repeatedly but, moreover, the impact does not lessen or change. This woman WILL stand the test of time.

I was hoping she would cover this. I knew she would own it. I love this song and she just made it even better. There is no way to explain how she can be so dead on at low registers and then knock out the high notes and hold them out with such control. There is no weakness as Blake said. This just goes to show we still don't know how far she can go. And this is her best cover/song with emotion felt throughout. I'd say its perfect and her best but then next week she'll just destroy it in an amazing way like Katie Ladecky destroying her own WR in swimming.

This is my All Time Favorite! I know, I said that last week! I will be listening to this song all day. I had never heard it until Tess Boyer sang it on The Voice. Beautiful song, Beautiful Girl! I was hoping she would do this one too! OMG!!!!!!!!!!
Last week was my favorite to, because Danielle hadn't released this one yet.I am and will be sleep deprived listening to this song over and over and over and over........Danielle never fails to amaze
@ Laurie: Same here. The first time I heard this song was on The Voice, sang by Tess Boyer. She did such a good job. It's really weird that I enjoyed her version and Danielle's version much more than the original one.
So I just went back to re watch Tess Boyers version. Don't get me wrong I really love Tess but she has issues when she sings sofetly while Danielle is ROCK sollid no matter what, where, how she sings.
So, I just went back and listened to Tess again too. I thought that she did a great job to until I heard Danielle's version! Tess does not have the breath to elongate the vowels like Danielle! The original is great too! I never heard of Christina Perri until Tess did the song. I have now downloaded Her album! It is not Danielle, but is a good track!

Her covers are always so perfect to the original, but you can also hear Danielle's voice in there too. A truly amazing talent and an excellent role model in a culture filled with so many bad ones.

Her lower register is as phenomenal as her high notes, maybe even better which is virtually impossible. Absolutely mesmerizing performance...and its recorded live. I'm assuming NOTHING altered. I don't think there has EVER been a better vocal performer in a setting like this, or any setting for that matter than Danielle.
I've been watching Danielle's covers all morning and this one and Try are probably my favorites. Her voice is flawless! I've loved her since her blind audition on The Voice!
This is my favorite too Emily....There isn't one instance in the last year and a half that Dani hasn't been more than impressive. What makes it for me is she is sounds better live than recorded...Met Dani and her mom in May on the Hunter Hayes tour. Just talking to her was a treat as she is as sweet as she comes across on stage and on interviews. When she comes out with her 2nd album,soon hopefully,I believe Danielle is going to go global. Can you imagine if Danielle had sung these covers on the "Voice".

Country music is more than people with pretty faces and average voices, it has so much heart and every word is the truth. I am so disappointed in taylor swift for leaving country music, pop music has absolutely ruined her. She was so much different when I saw her in concert. Before you go hating on the best type of music in the world, maybe actually listen to it. Check out carrie underwood and thomas rhett, two of the best singers in the world

Love the purity of her voice, the clarity and youthful passion with which she hits high notes. This is what happens with emotion meets talent on the simplest lines. I hope she never messes with simplicity too much. From her first performance on the voice, my reaction was, "This girl has it! She friggin' delivers! I hope she gets her shot! She needs the right song now to get her over the top.

Divine is a word that comes to mind...Danielle's voice is like maple syrup poured over homemade waffles followed by the best French wine you can buy. Her lower and middle register is the best I have ever heard by far. Like a breath of fresh mountain air no matter what she sings.
I also absolutely love this girl ... what amazing voices these girl's have.
I think I'll take this moment to ask a few questions that have been swirling in my head recently. Firstly, when does the next season of NBC's The Voice start? Secondly, has anybody else noticed Danielle's forehead when she gets this real intense look from hitting a high note or just a very long note? It's probably going to be her thing, like Jay Leno's chin. Thirdly, she always dresses very nice, professional, and very sweet. She just always looks so comfortable. Who is her wardrobe assistant? Lastly, does anybody else think she could sing a song from each and every coach from NBC The Voice better than the coaches themselves? Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Adam Levine, Usher, Shakira, Gwen Stefani, and Pharrell Williams? I do and I would be willing to put my own money on it.

Oh, I almost forgot; amazing voice, amazing poise, amazing grace, amazing tone, pitch, and breathing.
(sorry for the short review this week; but when your name is 'Danielle Bradbery' it gets very difficult for find flaws or mistakes in your performances.)
Have noticed her brow forever. Bit like a puma's muscles as it pounces.

very, very nice, sincere heartfelt comments....shared by MANY, myself included! Me personally, I have NEVER had a singer affect me emotionally like Danielle does....her voice gets inside my head and heart! Almost like an addiction, once I start listening it's hard to stop. Go too many hours or days without a "Danielle" song and you need a song or two, or an hour or two of her music. A little bit crazy but a whole lot of good!!
I too agree with you 100%. Her music has become an obsession for me that no one understands! I am in such awe of her as a person and as an artist! I am so grateful that her mother signed her up for that audition, because we would never had had the chance to experience all that is Danielle Bradbery!

Flawless is an understatement for Dani's vocals...Purest vocals I've ever heard.
Such powerful lyrics, yet Danielle is able to bring the best out of this song. Piano is on the right tempo, Danielle is able maintain control and give emotion to the song when singing. Danielle you always be a star in my book. Keep on doing what you love.

Its a very special time we're in as the voice of the Divine is being expressed through many young prodigies, both discovered and not. Besides Danielle, there's Jackie Evancho, Carly Rose Soneclar, Carrie Underwood, Connie Talbot are names that come immediately to mind. All sing with a voice of such clarity and quality that it elicits feelings and emotions that cannot be defined other than they are divinely inspired. Danielle is discovering that she is able to sing anything with a power and a quality that reinterprets and redefines the essence of the song she's signing. Like Jackie Evancho and the others, Danielle submits herself, so it seems, to a higher force that then sings through her. I know it sounds crazy, but my intuition tells me its so. I've seen and heard Danielle, Carrie and Jackie in concert and the umbrella that they cast over their audience embracing them in something that is purely divine is undeniable. Anyone whose seen them in person can attest to this. Listening to them sing in videos and the effect they have on the listener is just a sampling of what these marvelous young women are conveying to the world. What a gift and how privileged we are. Listen carefully as the message they're bringing will help raise us to a higher level of consciousness. Awesome. :-)

I completely agree and love the fact that you appreciate country music as much as I do. So many people are saying that danielle should be in pop music, but look how that ruined taylor swift. Taylor was so nice when I went to see her in concert a few years ago, pop has totally wrecked her. Danielle deserves to be in country music, the best type of music ever.
