When you say, you may move your money tomundex funds completely, a hypothetical question - how will you move it ? I mean in one go or again in SIP mode . Ao you take out 2.5 cr frm your ETFs and do you put it all together in index fund on 1-5 days or you create a SIP of rhat 2.5cr and invest over 1-2 years? , The market may be at an all time high or low. How will you decide?
Insightful walkthrough of your portfolio Rishabh. I love the passive style of not picking stocks but sticking to ETFs and MFs. It definitely takes away a huge toll of potential stress about money. I'm doing something similar with my small pool of money too.
I have always wondered if all the fin influencers practice what they preach. No offence to anyone, but it's nice to see so much transparency being shared. More power to you Rishab.
regarding the 2 midcap etf, i thought you said you were shifting your money to MIDCAPETF from Mid150Bees but here it seems like you're doing the opposite,, can you clarify it please?
Yes, My relationship with my Midcap ETFs has been complicated :) I wanted to move everything to 1 And you're right earlier plan was to pick MIDCAPETF due to the expense ratio. I met a financial consultant, who's also big on UA-cam. I liked his advice on keeping things simple as they are right now since the difference in exp ratio wasn't a lot when we calculated things. Also it could be temp phase so the exp ratio may change once they have a higher AUM. I'll just stick to MID150BEES for now.
Good one Rishabh. ETFs is the future. I personally swing trade ETFs and roughly made around 28% returns last FY. This month already at 2% of my capital.
Thanks for these insights ! It was crisp and clear . Just wanted to understand you investment model . You do a monthly SIP of 2L and apart from that do you also take out money from your investments when market is high and reinvest when low I don't do this for my portfolio as of now , have almost the same XIRR as you in my index funds and stocks portfolio
@remoterish I asked you a question in your 1 crore to 100 crore , please answer me bro , it's a long question that's why I am not typing here. Thank you
are you diversifying among AMC's as well. I mean not investing into a single company ETFs? eg. Nippon has all- NIFTYBEES JUNIORBEES ITBEES GOLDBEES PHARMABEES AUTOBEES... so instead of buying JUNIORBEES you opted for NEXT50 correct?
I wish that was the case as that would show how smart I am haha but actually no I just compared expense ratios etc and picked the ETFs in the each category. However your analysis is great and it does make me seem smart now 😂
Don't you invest in individual stocks??
Haven’t done that since a few years. I switched to 100% index and MF investing
Some may find this a boring portfolio, but i feel the most boring and simple portfolio is the best for long term investing.
Yes boring is good :)
This is a very insightful Video, good work Rishabh!
Thank you! Nice channel :)

I just posted a video recently that covers this including the google sheet I use to do this

No I don’t take out and reinvest. I just keep buying
@@remoterish Thanks for replying :)
Would u recommend etf/index fund instead of active fund for midcap?
I invest in the Midcap 150 etf as well an active fund for midcap
Any thoughts about asset allocation? If markets don’t perform say for the next 10 years ?
I’ll be hurt if that happens :) for someone asking me I would surely suggest diversification.
Great investment strategy.
Any reason you didn't invest in Index Mutual funds?
Good question. I think Index mutual funds are surely more convenient than ETFs for most investors. I’ve made some shorts on the same topic.
very useful, Thanks
Thank you
Bro its look like in your portfolio, you created big jungle .
I've always liked the wilderness
