Love Will Tear Us Apart (June Tabor & Oysterband)

A fabulous, emotional interpretation of the Joy Division hit. You will know that I have a penchant for good cover versions so I wanted to be a part of this one. This video version was filmed at the Union Chapel London on April 19th 2012, directed by Judith Burrows.
June Tabor is an English Folk singer known for her solo work and collaborations with Maddy Prior and Oysterband as well as contributions to TV and film soundtracks.
Oysterband is a British folk rock band formed in Canterbury around 1976. Beginning as a dance band, they have been quite political and been through various formats, producing multiple studio and live albums.

Drums With Everything is a private music project - adding my own drum tracks into existing favourite folk songs. All drums and percussion are now played on a Roland Octapad SPD-20 Pro digital drum kit, recorded live onto Wavepad. Each song in the project is completed within a day in order to keep things really fresh - headphones recommended.
All songwriting and performing copyrights acknowledged. Hopefully, I have been sensitive to each song but any artists unhappy with these interpretations can request them to be removed.
