Hey Mrs, currently watching you on my tv , but I had to come leave a comment about the upper back pain. I have had the same pain for months now and nothing I’ve done helped 😢and it getting worse 💔 I even went to a “back clinic” only got slightly better for like 2 weeks then it came back again. I’ve tried massages from time to time nothing works, my GP suggested I go for an Xray just to see what the problem is because nothing seems to be working, she also said It could be due to a lot of stress. I hope yours goes away soon, because that pain is brutal and it has affected my quality of life ever since

Even at Spark School they only allow healthy food and Snacks, u will get used to it and it also help because he wont get sick easily. My son knows that instead of eating sweets, he will rather eat dried fruits.
