Malaii sel roti dherai min parchha! I’ve always found it really hard to make which my Gurkha sathiharu find funny but happy that I try and make. I have the same pan which is from Pokhara👍 It’s either the mix is too thin or thick so it pours badly or the oil is never the right temp. If it’s too low the mixture drops to the bottom and sticks and if too hot it burns the mixture leaving it uncooked in the middle. Cooking these is very high skilled! 🥰👍🇬🇧🇳🇵

Do you use normal flour to thicken? I know some other recipes I've been given use rice flour, either way I still find it really hard to get right 🤣
