Helm is the product of a lifetime of musical influences; her own family is her inspiration and her connections with those along the way have built her into a stunning performer. With the help of cohorts and members from past projects, Helm writes soulful country rock with a balladic sound blooming from the roots music she has surrounded herself with. Her debut album is entitled “Didn’t It Rain,” and its twelve tracks are full of personal sing-alongs that range in style from country to rock to Americana.

I saw this band open for Tedeschi Trucks Band in Peoria, IL. Nov 13th 2016.
I was floored. What a great performance! They also did a hymn for us that night.
I wish I could remember the name of that. Anyway I met Amy and bought a CD which she was happy to sign for my wife and I. I am a super fan of her and the band now. Dan Littleton I belive is the guitarist and he will be well worth following in his career.

have been a huge fan of amy since first seeing her with the band Olabelle at Suwanee music park in Live Oak Fl about 10yrs ago. Saw them a few times then saw her with the Didn't It Rain Tour last year. Her music touches me wuth love n light n so much ! love love love

The bass player is the great Byron Isaacs, Amy’s bandmate since their days with Ollabelle. Byron is now the bass player for the Lumineers.
