15 pounds is a bigger difference when you're smaller, just like how $10 to a rich man seems more like $100 to a poor man or how driving for 5 hours straight seems like a long distance unless you normally drive a lot or how a climbing wall might seem hard to a new person, but a mountain climber would see it as a starting point or how- you get the picture.

@@youwantfood9586 life update, I am now in a healthy BMI for the first time in my life (I finally categorized as healthy in the first three months of 2020((I don’t remember if it was late February or early March))but healthy was never the how I defined myself). Anyway now I’m healthy weight wise (autoimmune diseases aside, I never thought I could be “healthy“ because that is for skinny people who don’t have health issues) but I am beyond proud of myself, life may not be ideal, but I am finally healthy and proud of my body. So thank you for asking!!! I genuinely appreciate the follow up 😃😆👌

Warrior Tundra True. In my experience, most of the really buff guys at the gym are actually very nice and willing to help out the weaklings like me, but of course there are occasionally some jerks.

I would say, in a sense you still judge them but not to bully or look down on, more like identifying them or processing it in your mind. It's kind of like, "whoah, that guy is fat." "Or jesus, wtf is that guy doing? That's not how you do it." But then accompanied with "good for them." and "maybe he knows some workout with that machine that I don't. I'll let them be." (Unless its just way out there, then its time to give them a helpful tip.)

I'm skinny, but I can't even run 7 feet without getting a cramp
EDIT: I am a theatre kid so I do PLENTY of body stretches and I'm moving so I have been lifting and running around a lot, and I've been running track and don't experience those anymore. So I'm completely FINE but I still need some daily stretches and all, and I do understand skinny doesn't mean fit and all. I'm still growing so it might just be a thing of growing or something like that.

This video was really encouraging to me. I've gotten out of shape during quarantine and I know I can't just keep wearing sweatpants forever haha. I've been trying to alternate, some days walking my dogs and other days doing dance workouts I find on UA-cam, but it's been a long few weeks and I needed a little push to remind me what I'm working for (which is to be healthy and feel good about myself, not to fit anyone else's idea of attractive or athletic!!)
