    We came to Koza, Okinawa, the city of music 🎵
    After World War II, a U.S. military base was established nearby, which led to many American customers, and music and food culture, such as steak restaurants, developed in Koza🥩
    The exterior of the restaurant also has an American atmosphere 🇺🇸
    This channel is run by a meat-loving Japanese man who wants to spread Japanese wagyu beef to the world. We hope you enjoy our videos. Any comments would be very much appreciated! I will reply!Also, please subscribe to the channel.

    I LOVE Asian food, but prefer to eat with a fork & knife, those chopsticks are a pain in the neck, imho.

      Using chopsticks is difficult even for Japanese!
      I often drop food in my videos 🤣

      @@wagyumonster Eating rice with chopsticks is an adventure! I've been twice to Japan and I LOVED it. 'Forku' and 'knifu' were most helpful, as were 'sobu' and 'mago', since I was travelling with my grandson and I saw the inquisitive look on people's faces. My 'sobu/mago' put them straight...

      What do 'sobu' and 'mago' mean??🤔 Japanese "mago" means grandson😁

      @@wagyumonster I could be mistaken, but I think 'sobu' means 'grandmother'? Whenever I would see a 'puzzled' look on people's faces, I would try to tell them we were a grandmother and grandson, not some rich old lady with a toy-boy, heaven forbid!
      We have - at quite a few times - eaten the famous Kobe-beef and also Matsusaka beef. Both delicious. In Hiroshima we went to eat okonomiyaki.I love Japanese food (butano kakuni...), but also Chinese and Korean!

      You know Japanese very well!
      grandfather = sofu = grandfather
      grandmother = sobo = grandmother
      Whenever I would see a 'puzzled' look on people's faces, I would try to tell them we were a grandmother and grandson, not some rich old lady with a toy-boy,. heaven forbid!!! >🤣
      And you enjoyed Japanese food very much! I'm so glad 😁
