Most people think he cannot dribble like that beacuase of age, but the major factor that affected his dribbling and pace was the knee injury.

A lot of things changed after that knee injury. Free kicks, dribbles, long shots all decreased, with headed goals massively increasing.

This season (2010/11) alongside 2007/08 were he's best seasons by far and not only was he an incredible dribbler, he still manage to score insane amounts of goals, without sacrificing one for the other. However in recent years he's focused almost entirely on his goal scoring

Ya guys know what? Ronaldo can still do this without doubt....he sometimes even does it but....he is more prone to injuries at this age.....and his focus has now Changed to being a goal scorer....he has already proved his dribbling
Sadly we will not see this ronaldo ever again, maybe 1 or 2 glimpses here n there, but not as consistent as it should be, but that's due to the fact that unfortunately age is now starting to creep into his game, hence why he doesn't turn up that much against big teams anymore, that's not all down to him, but he's the only star in madrid at the moment, he'll make up for lost time n score 5 against a bilbao or espanyol, but can't repeat that form against an atletico or barca, which is a shame, but that's what happens with age, your still ronaldo at the end of the day and still in contention for ballon d'ors at 31, have to admire that, but nothing lasts forever, and ronaldo is slowly starting to fade away, but a hope to god he has 1 more gear left in him n please do more dribbles n score more often against bigger teams n show the world again why you are ronaldo and reclaim your spot as the number1 man 1 more time
