FF: Mystic Quest - 05 - Help, everything's frozen over!

In stark contrast to the almost painfully bright green Foresta now has, Aquaria is covered in ice and snow. Parts of the town are unreachable, and although there are finally things here to spend money on, the frost even locks us out of some of those.
So, it's on to the Wintry Cave in search of the Libra Crest to warp to the Life Temple to get Wakewater, whatever that is, but apparently it's supposed to melt the ice.
The cave itself has a rather interesting structure, and inside, some weapon shuffling happens to give the protagonist a new option and field ability, and Phoebe an offensive boost.

Sparna is a mistranslation of Suparna, another name for Garuda.
