I really hope base IDs will receive a lot of buffs when Uptie V comes out. Uptie IV were too disappointing in that aspect. I want to use LCB Outis, Ryoshu and even Don so bad, but it's just so suboptimal when compared to their other IDs. Sure, they are free, 0 tier IDs, but I at least want them to have a more refined gameplay. I think that's fine to want them be strong if you are spending your resources on getting them to Uptie V, even if it costs less than uptying 00 and 000 tier Identities.
