In this video I am ripping out my old workshop to get the room ready for selling the house. This took me about a week and was a lot of work even though it's only a small room! This isn't as interesting as setting up a workshop obviously but since so many people have watched videos made in this little space over the years I thought I would include this in the house move series.

It's strange how sentimental you can get about a tiny little space. I hope the next workshop treats you as well as this one did.

It's a little bit like seeing your old classroom refitted, I learned a lot of leatherwork stuff there :). Sad to see it go, but really looking forward to Big School :). Hope you're managing and things are moving forward with the new place! Bit weird when we're getting snowed on to hear you say heatwave lol. Stay well and warm x

Always something nerve racking and super satisfying about tearing a shop apart to make it fresh and new again.

Redoing even a small room always ends up being more work then you would think. Thanks for taking the time to share. That is well done.

Sadly not no, the room will be bigger but not so big that I could have a big table in the middle as well

And the motivational soundtrack for this episode might be......Shaky's 'This ole House', 'If I had a hammer', Glenn Miller's 'Big light Sonata'....:). Eminem's (Not) Cleanin' Out my Closet', Journey's Don't Stop., Be Leavin'...:). Drifters Under the boards..walk...and Starship's Nothing's Gonna Stop Us. You do know we're all moving with you, don't you? :)

Must be difficult to be without a workshop when you’ve had it for a long time. I don’t have any kind of a workshop or hobby room and have to make do with a bit of timeshare of our living room table. It’s a bit frustrating when you’re in the middle of something and then have to pack it away for a few days. But to take apart an entire room and be left with packed boxes for quite some time sounds frustrating.

That would be a long video, I didn’t realise how many tools I had until I piled them up to move!
