I've been doing this since HS (I graduated 47 years ago), and have been teaching it ever since. I had no idea that it had a name.

Gizoni is a good move to know. You must be quick to not get yanked backwards straight onto your back.
I’ve seen guys sit out and top man yank them backwards so hard that their head bounced on mat before top man covered for the pin.
Top man would pressure in and down, crowding bottom man and folding him forward.
Then top man would control one arm, preferably with an under grab, but any control can work. Then pull chin of bottom man backwards hard to the mat.
The hold is adjusted as the bottom man is yanked backwards.
Many times the cover for pin is secured with a north-south head and arm lock.
Still good to know and use Gizoni-gotta be fast, and control the wrist and maintain posture, to keep from being pushed and folded to far frontwards and keep from getting yanked backwards.
First time I saw a wrestler get yanked backwards so hard, his head bounced on the mat just before he was covered for the fall, was an eye opening scary sight.

Great breakdown by the Mongoose. And for the record, some say Jack is actually the fourth or fifth best wrestler in his family.
