It's a Weight, I filled it up with sand to get enough weight to fall and turn the motor

Thanks For watching, the Motor used is a 24 VOLTS DC MOTOR, you can also use a 12 Volts Motor, ty weight Is a 2 kg load... Hope this helps

@@ultrasonic7730 actually no, or none that I know of, like most electricity generating projects, it needs a way to ignite or start, if the weight falls freely, it would be inefficient

I used a high torque geared motor, so the weight has to overcome a lot of torque to fall and turn the motor, making it fall slowly
